I had a frustrating experience with this management company. I was overcharged that were not properly explained or justified. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue with Mr ken Brown. received little to no assistance. I would advise caution when dealing with this company and suggest looking into their billing practices before committing to their services.

Quasar has been incredibly inconsistent. At times the office is responsive and manages complex projects well. Other times they are condescending, don't respond to messages, or have multiple people sending conflicting or incorrect messages. They seem inexperienced in running HOA meetings and keeping membership informed.

A+ service. As a first time home buyer I had no idea what I was doing. Ken held my hand and walked me through it every step of the way. That by itself was invaluable and warrants more than 5 stars.

Quasar is overall nonresponsive to request such as for building entry FOB's and garage door openers. We experienced a three week no rezones to our request for much needed FOB and door opener.

Renters Beware!!!!! They (KENNETH BROWN)will try to sue you for their own NEGLIGENCE after you're no longer a tenant! Thankful for renters rights! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!

We had an electrical emergency in my condo's building. Several units without power for a day. Quasar's emergency line could not do anything except open a work order. Building is very dirty, no pest control is done, and have been without a mailbox key for 3 months. Rude, unresponsive, treats everyone who lives in their units like uneducated trash.

I put in my request. An a gentleman by the name of Will showed up. I explained to him. No shoes in my place. He said no problem. This man went above and beyond. From plumbing to servicing my front door. To fixing my electrical socket To make sure it was properly sealed and working order. This guy is phenomenal. Very down to earth. Will got it all done professionally, efficiently, and effectively. I can't praise him enough. If ever I need anything I'm definitely requesting Will! The man needs a raise! We'll done Quasar. Will is an asset to you team and deserves to be acknowledged! Thanks again! 10 ?

This organization is largely unprofessional when it comes to customer service. Kenneth was unhelpful and unapolegtic about a issue that ended up needing to be resolved by the condo association that I had flagged to him. The simple idea of listening to the concerns of what tennants have and assessing whether a solution can be found internally or through the homeowner association isn't a difficult concept to understand. Instead of providing solutions he was rude and tried to put the blame on my landlord, when the documents provided to myself and all other tennants & owners in the association was outdated. If he had taken a step back he would have realized the solution, but instead he was dismissive and unresponsive.

I called this company for information regarding a property and they were extremely rude. They did not provide me with any information and proceeded to over talk me and finally hanging up on me. I am flabbergasted and outright outraged . Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service.

The worst management company! Never fixed mice problem and garbage area never been cleaned up. HOA fee outrageously high. Where all the money be spent? That’s my only question!

I turned over a 44 unit rental portfolio of condos in Maryland to Ken and his team at Quasar Property Management and could not be more excited with the amazing progress they have made in less than 6 months. Rents are up and maintenance costs are significantly down. Richard Lupkin and all of Ken's staff are top notch and a HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for your property management needs.

I love Quasar. I never had a dull moment with them within the year I rented from them. They handled all issues effectively and immediately.. They were caring and kind. Not sure how some say they are rude, because I never got that I recommend them hands down. Great company and staff!!!!!
