Writing this review is disappointing but it has to be done because during these uncertain times situations like these should be known to the public . Bob fixed my car in January and We had no issues and he was very professional and considerate and I actually gave him five stars on the previous review but I had to go back and change it based on new evidence and things that happened in July and August of 2020. One of my windows would not go up and the battery needed to be replaced but after these alterations I was informed the car was ready for a road trip in January 2020. The second time I brought my car in to Bob to evaluate was because the car cut off in the middle of the road while driving less than two weeks after it was first fixed in January and I paid 650 dollars and was told that was to fix the window that woudnt go up and to replace the battery as well as remove the leaves from the sunroof that was left jarred open causing a small leak.I am in the military so my vehicle had to be towed to my apartment while I was in training and when I returned I brought the vehicle in months later. When the vehicle was towed to Bob's shop all the windows were operational and rolled up and Down. I could not see any visual major water damage inside the vehicle And remember back in January they assured me everything was fine with the car so while I only viewed some light water which is indicative of a small leak that was suppose to be fixed back in January from the windows or sunroof but Mistakes can happen. I saw no major issues inside to show water damage inside of the vehicle but I'm not a mechanic. My issue with Bob and this business is that when I brought the car into the shop the second time it was not returned to me in the same condition I gave it to him and now it's a mess. Bob informed me he fixed the fuse for my car because it was raining in the vehicle and it was a possible shortage because of a possible leak but he could not get the windows back up and I now needed to pay him 1250 dollars to get two windows back up. When I refused to pay this amount and informed him I would only pay 450 For the fuse replacement and he was responsible for getting the windows at least back up and in order in which I gave him the vehicle he seemed annoyed with me but he basically returned my car with a stripped and broken window that now falls down. Bob informed me that he tried all he could do to get both up but it was obvious when he couldn't get the extra 1200 He just rigged something together. People love to say thanks for your service to the country but behind the scenes that are taking advantage of men and women that are essential workers and trying to survive. I am now stuck with a window that continues to fall down it's been raining the last few days and now half my windows are not even working and it's raining today August 6, 2020. Bob and I had great conversations they were peaceful and productive but at the end of the day while I appreciate his consideration and assistance this was very tacky and bad business. My car was thrown back together pieces left under the seat and this was very shady and unprofessional. I am now on the hook and have to pay more more for a stripped and broken window!!!! Before moving to a new duty station. The window is down and it's raining which places me at risk for a another shortage and theft. My window now is in worse condition and is permanently down and it's not even operational and it won't go up. The 450 to fix the fuse was basically like throwing money into the garbage because its raining . The sad thing is I know this Business is successful and while times are challenging Bob and his business didn't have to operate like this very unprofessional! I didn't think the product he returned to me would be this bad the whole window is almost falling out the frame on the driver side not mention the sticky substance on the window and now another mechanic is tasked with trying to help me get the window up cause of the rain.

I ran into a scoundrel few blocks away with my 2015 5 series and came here to get a second opinion and next thing I know owner in this shop called his neighbor which is same biz and quoted me the same price of $600 for belts and pulleys which on material alone costs less than $70 and labors is less than 1hr at $80. So owner of this shop attempted to coordinate ripping people off with nearby business. This business is toxic and should be avoided. Guys like this pretend to be affordable non dealer shop but on the contrary. Avoid this place like std. Better to go to minority owned shops.

Con artists like this pretend to be affordable non dealer shop but that is bait. Avoid this place like plague. Better to go to minority owned shops. Other reviewers here are few and far between and recent which mean this guys has edited out bad reviews. Dudes like this treat 1 in 10 ok to get decent reviews but con most others.

Completely honest guys that won't try to talk you into repairs you don't need. The dealership gave me a rundown of all repairs and maintenance my car "needed" that totaled almost three grand so I looked for a second opinion. Techs here talked me through what needed to be done now to make the car safe and functional, and what could wait. Total price for everything would have been almost half of what the dealership wanted, and I'll definitely be going back for all the 'could wait' repairs in a few months.

Bob assisted me in helping evaluate my BMW before embarking on a road trip for my military training. My car was parked for several months but I decided to drive my own vehicle and save some money. The service was fast and professional and I would recommend Bob without hesitation. I found Bob to be very informative and he even went out of his way to ensure the vehicle was safe before I left the area. It’s nice to have someone that’s dependable and understands that while he has a business great customer service is also imperative and this is indicative of quality car services.

My BMW Z4 was towed to Bob's garage after sitting almost 2 weeks from another shop in the area , within 3 hours after car was towed Bob called and told me the the car is up and running . There may be many good mechanic around the area but so rare who is honest and spend extra miles and work from the cheapest and simplest option to fix the problem rather than asking customer to replace the expensive part. I am happy and satisfied with his service
