After my frustration with AAA, despite being a "Plus" member, I decided to look at local towing. I had recently bought a car third party and needed it to be towed to my mechanic. I stumbled upon Dennis and his business online and the whole experience was fantastic. We gave him a call and he gave us a very fair and competitive price quote. Everything sounded like so great so I confirmed and he said that he'd be there in 25 minutes. I expected him to be late but he was there before 25 minutes as promised. Promises are hard to keep when you're busy but Dennis seems like a business owner that holds true to his word. Talking to him on the car ride to my mechanic, it seems that Dennis prides himself in customer service and always has a positive outlook. I work in the customer service industry myself and I was highly impressed. As a result, I personally recommend him for any roadside assistance needed. Look no further if you need someone for towing services! Support your local small business owner!

I emailed 6 companies for quotes at 10 p.m. and this one impressively replied back to me within 10 minutes. This shows that this company is serious about its business and not just working when the office is open. Danny was not like some companies who send over old, beer belly drivers with run-down dirty trucks from inside out. He was clean-cut, easy to talk to and made me feel like a valued customer. I would encourage people to put this company's number in their contacts for emergency. This company is very reliable and will surely get your car taken care of in a timely manner.

Amazing, this towing company is taking customer service to whole new level. My car broke down on I-495 and I was a little panicked since I was stuck in the middle of the lane and blocking the traffic. The dispatch was so nice and friendly and told me to turn my flashers on and that he is sending a driver right the way. The tow truck driver Danny arrived really fast and it took him literally 2 min to load my Volvo on his truck. On our way to the dealership Danny offered me bottle of water and made me feel really comfortable. I want to thank the driver and the dispatch for being so helpful in such a difficult situation.

Great service! We needed a tow from Dulles airport during the morning rush hour. Despite the traffic, the driver (Denny) arrived at the promised time and even kept us posted on his progress en route via text messages. He was extremely careful with my car - even though it was an older model - and thorough in checking to insure it was safely loaded and secured. (In fact, when the local police stopped us for a routine truck safety inspection, the officer commented that it was the best tie-down job he'd seen and praised Denny!) While I haven't had much experience with towing services, I can't imagine a more reliable company or a more professional driver than Denny at Problem Cars Wanted.
