I meet with Aubrey, my personal trainer 2 times a week for strength training. She has helped me immensely to get back in shape after several years of idleness. Highly recommend for anyone, especially older individuals who may for one reason or another have become couch potatoes.

I started personal training at PFP after having had spine surgery. Once I recovered from surgery, I was nervous to lift weights again or to push myself in workouts out of fear of re-injuring my back. With PFP's personal training, I have surpassed my fear of weight training and I feel stronger than ever before! I'm able to workout confidently again and break through my own barriers. I have seen improvement in form, endurance, and consistency. More so, I have grown to love the sense of community at the gym and appreciate that the facility is always kept clean and organized. PFP is the best!!

After a frustrating search for an in-person gym that offered personalized attention and injury prevention, I finally found Prepare for Performance (PFP). From the first class, the positive and knowledgeable trainers impressed me. They not only push me to reach my strength goals but also demonstrate proper form to help me prevent injuries. The wide variety of equipment, including kettlebells, TRX, bands, and a variety of free weights, and weighted balls keep the workouts interesting, and the small class sizes ensure trainers can offer personalized modifications for every exercise. The format and monthly programming work all muscle groups, and I see clear progress from week to week. PFP's supportive community creates a positive environment that goes beyond physical fitness and helps me keep my mental health in check. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or a complete beginner, PFP has something to offer everyone. Thanks Julian and the team for creating a place where I look forward to working out.

I retired a year ago and started day 1 of retirement with a 6-week introductory program at Prepare for Performance -- after that introductory program, I immediately signed on for a full membership. This was one of the best decisions I could have made. I'm a fairly active older adult, but I was particularly looking to increase my strength and muscle mass -- PFP has proved to be ideal for this. Their classes are varied, with each day of the week offering a different workout and the overall schedule updated every month. Each daily workout focuses on strength, power, and conditioning -- they are challenging, and Julian puts a great deal of effort into ensuring that these workouts are inventive and get results. I'm a regular attendee of the 11 AM class, and trainer Aubrey is fantastic -- she is engaged with everyone in the class, is attentive to everyone's form, and offers modifications as necessary for individual situations. She radiates positive energy. Besides providing excellent workouts, PFP provides a supportive, relaxed, and encouraging environment. I've gotten to know the regulars who attend class, and there is a real sense of community among members -- attending PFP classes is one of the highlights of my day. I highly recommend PFP for anyone looking to improve their fitness in a professional, supportive, and welcoming environment.

Coach Julian and his team have been amazing in helping both of my boys with their workouts and physical training. For the last few months Julian and the training staff at Prepare for Performance have been expertly guiding my teenage son through his fitness journey. Twice a week they have been working with him to get him ready for his High School Soccer tryouts. I can't express how well the trainers have focused on specific strength and conditioning drills to help him perform at his optimal level. My wife and I are very appreciative of the attentive nature of Julian and his skilled trainers. Prepare For Performance is great! The gym doesn't have fancy equipment or furnishings.What it does have:Knowledgeable and attentive staff;Carefully organized workout routines;Individualized support for each member.

Prepare for Performance Gym has been a total game-changer for me. Their app is ridiculously easy to use, so I can book classes without any hassle. And if I ever need to cancel last minute, their policy is super fair and doesn’t hit my wallet hard. All the trainers are awesome - with a well deserved shout-out to Aubrey for being incredible at making sure I’m using the right form, so I get the most out of every workout and stay injury-free. No matter how packed my schedule is…or how lengthy my excuses for not getting to one of the early morning classes may be on a particular day, there’s always a class time that fits. The workouts are tough, but I leave feeling like I’ve truly accomplished something. If you’re looking to level up your fitness game in a supportive, stress-free environment, this is the place.

PFP is a great way to get a work out in to stay fit for soccer and just about anything else. They work on improving all aspects of your body in order for you to get that shape you want to be at. I also really liked how I was able to get treatment on my ankle when I was injured, Julian was extremely helpful with that. Overall I would 100% recommend athletes, people, anything who wanted to be on top of their game or just stay in great shape they should all try pfp.

My experienced here was very good. Julian helped me get ready for my upcoming season with training tailor made for my goals and body. Since I started the season I noticed a increase of speed and strength on the field and it greatly helped me performance. I can’t thank Julian and his team enough for this offseason.
