Always very impressed with the high level of professional service I received at the warehouse from Jesse Zambrano. I had to order quite a few items for my home renovation last year and I only have praises for Jesse and the crew for their outstanding service and flexibility. From the time the items arrived at the warehouse to the time of the pick-up, everything would go very smoothly. Returns are made very easy as well. Thank you.

Porcelanosa Noken toilets sure look great, but good luck getting a part if you need one. It's impossible to reach anyone in their customer service dept or warehouse and finding a part online is impossible.

Porcelanosa offers high end products. The material of their faucets and towel bar far surpasses many other brands. Sheenah was my sales person contact and she's very friendly and efficient. I purchased all my towel bars and hooks there and now I'm changing out my faucets to Porcelanosa brand because the other brands I purchased started showing rust and water stains after a very short while. The faucets and hardware at Porcelanosa is of very good material so they are of better value. However, I do believe their prices are a little too high. I wanted to purchase a 8 foot profile there but I canceled there order since the price was just too high.

I've been trying to reach SOMEONE to talk about their beautiful outside decking tile after receiving an email from them introducing the product.. The person I initially spoke with in the Rockville showroom was no help regarding the product, availability, pricing, etc. She gave me an email address in Spain. While I did get an answer from Spain, they were very generic in their response and basically useless. It's been several more weeks of phone calls but no one picks up the phone in the showroom! Frustrating at best.

I went to looks at tiles -- amazing selection! -- and ended up buying a gorgeous resin tub. Jeremy DeLeon was the associate there who helped me. I live in an older house in Arlington and had a lot questions about getting it delivered. I also dropped the ball on scheduling the delivery --more than once. Jeremy was unbelievably responsive and patient and helpful from start to finish! I am looking forward to going back for my tile next week!

No one is there to answer phone calls and they may get back with you within a day or so. Not a company to work with in commercial if you have deadlines.
