Overall is great but your ATM machines are all not accessible after hours which is inconvenient.

I was serve by a wonderful team of PNC Bank at this branch. Tatiana and her team were so patient to explain everything to me and help me out throughout the entire process. I definitely will recommend visiting this branch if you want to have a great banking service. Keep up the good work guys!

Well organized PNC branch, went in to deposit rolls of coins, its spacious, staff is friendly. They offer drive thru services too. Lots of parking in the shopping center which is convenient if you would like to go in for your deposit or talk to a teller

on July 6, 2023, I was helped by Ms Nasim Jahangiriafaei at the Fallsgrove branch. I had not made an appointment, but she helped me, anyway. She helped me at every step in what I needed to to. she did not rush me at all, was patient, kind and knowledgeable. After she helped me, I heard her thanking her next clients for being patient while she helped me. She is super.

Absolutely worst service I've ever had. Usually, I enjoy PNC, usually. I've vouched for them despite the clunky app that doesn't do anything, the out of date service, etc.. (been a member for over 20+ years) But come on, if you're a teller and you don't want to help me... Why are you here? I walked in with no lines, asked if I could set up a bank transfer from an existing one to an external one.. was told I should either write a check to the other bank, or do it online. I'm like... 1. I don't have checks for the account, 2. Trying to see if in person reduces fees, and 3. The amount exceeds what I'm able to do online.. I was promptly advised to scan a qr code.. "text" the number that shows up (yeah, it's not linked to an actual website).. then have a seat and fill in the questionnaire. I didn't stay after I got past the login screen.. why? Well, it's not specific to THIS location. Also, NO APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE. Are you kidding me? Are you really so bothered that you can't assist me as a live person.. and the bank is EMPTY.. minus the 1-2 employees in an office with someone and the 3rd, sitting in a dark conference room on his laptop. Yup, not coming back to this location.. if this is the new "COVID norm". You can't pick and choose different tech advantages you like and expect that formula to work in this day and age. Hopefully the Potomac branch still has some human decency left.. else, I'm switching to BoA sooner than planned.

Refinanced our Home Equity Line. Great experience at closing with superb customer service by Shireen and Mary. Telephonic loan officer, Teri, was 5 Star too.

I opened an account with PNC. They made a mistake putting my information in while I provided all the information required. A few months later, I decided to convert my savings account to a checking so I could conduct certain transactions without them blasting my phone.A few weeks later, they sent me a letter saying my account will be closed and to call a number for more info. I did, the rep told me she couldn't see the reason why and cut me off. I couldn't believe it. I decided to go to the branch and for some reason, the whole PNC bank, a NATIONAL BANK, couldn't tell why my account was being closed, and literrally wouldn't do anything about it.I decided to go ahead and just close the account instead of waiting for them to sent me my monwy through the mail.PNC then decided to CHARGE ME $25 to close the account that THEY decided to close anyway for no reason at all. I asked why, they said because I'm closing it early. Mind you this is the account that they were closing without knowing why, THEMSELVES. They told me I had to wait 2 weeks before I hear anything back about my money. THEY NEVER CALLED.

Some of the staff are rude and unprofessional. It seems they forget what customer service truly means.
