I'm a long-time PNC Bank customer who needed Medallion signature service, which apparently only the branch manager can provide. Left two messages and she never called me back. Trying to find another branch that offers better service.

I will never come to this PNC location again -unless I have absolutely no choice.I do NOT recommend this location at all. Gentleman named Bobak was the only staff behind the clear glasses right when I walked in, he was the only staff behind the glasses, (I could understand if they are short staffed at the moment), 1 lady who was working/ sitting at a desk to the left,lastly - another 2 ladies working/ sitting at the desks/ cubicles to the right,ZERO of the 4 total workers/ teller/ supervisors failed to have the awareness or at least even picked up on the fact that I myself, along with 3-5 other customers are coming in/ have been waiting for Bobak/ someone’s assistance, anyone’s assistance, etcand all of the 4 workers/ teller/ supervisors DID ABSOLUTE NOTHING,ZERO acknowledgement about the long and growing line - me waiting as well - which felt like I was going to stand for another hour, etc, no deposits and or withdrawal slips for self service for customers to fill out in advance to further save their time, etc, NOTHING.The employees did nothing, NO APOLOGIES ZERO COMMUNICATION or attempt to resolve this issue.This is my very first time and will be my very last time being a customer at this Rockville, MDPNC location.

Great branch! I arrived ten minutes before closing time on a Friday (never a classy move) and still got excellent service from the team there. Representative Bambina was very kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful and got all my concerns addressed.

We were running late and arrived at the bank 2 minutes before closing. I try not to do this, coming from customer service I recognize this causes the staff to be late. The team here was so friendly and helpful. We did not feel rushed at all. Kudos to the office manager at this branch. Excellent customer service at this PNC branch.

Is anyone else tired of the incredible smoke job you get when you come into this branch. I actually came in with a problem today. Instead of a definitive plan to address the problem I got all kinds of but kissing, and two attempts to sell me a credit card. But my problem not appropriately addressed. Details below. I went into the branch asking for help with a $500 duplicate charge from a store I used my atm card at. (The store charged me once as an atm, then as a credit card. So the charge went through twice). Before the desk based teller would even address the issue I came in for she wanted to know why I wasn't using their % back card. Finally, after redirecting the teller, she looked up my info and basically told me that the transaction is between me and the store, however, the dispute was in. And at the end of the day it's the store who needs to resolve the issue. I told the desk teller I contacted the store and they can only see one charged not two. So how can we resolve this? Again, she intimated it's the store who has to address it. So basically I'll be loosing my $$. Not receiving a good answer i went outside and called the store back and got a store rep on the phone who said they would speak with the bank. So I went back in the bank and told the teller the store was on the phone to address the problem. The teller then literally put her nose in the air! And said she would not speak with them and walked into the back. This is a teller who is chronically desk based and spends all her time kissing you know what trying to upsell products. How come when you go into the bank with an actual problem they won't help you.I realize this Has to get taken care of on an auditing level, however, the tellers that work there could be a little more helpful when there's an actual problem and not stop trying to upsell you perhaps we could not have yelp. They can also learn how to be polite, not the fake polite when they're trying to sell you something but the actual polite that the rest of us have to have an our jobs. Why do banks get a pass. PNC just lost my next car loan and my next mortgage application. I hope eating my $500 was worth it.

The worst pnc during cover 19. 20 to 30 minutes per car in drive thru. They even allow wallops between cars.
