Bank representative I talked to displayed poor customer service skills, and was rude. Also, I was told to come back when they were closed.

Horrible. The PNC bank employee told us to "get Naked" as we sat down for a conversation regarding banking. They proceeded to be dishonest and ruin our credit. Never, ever do banking with them. we made a big mistake.
