I'm a first-time customer to PPP, and we will definitely return. The selection, quality, and knowledgable staff are great. The reason I'm writing a review is for the customer service. I made a mistake and mis-measured when ordering my bathroom vanity. It was very close to being the right size, but the vanity top was a little too big and the bathroom door wouldn't close. Sebastian was very patient, talked me through all of my options, looked at pictures of the problem, and through a couple of phone calls resolved my problem without a huge expense. It was a big problem of my own making, but Sebastian resolved it very quickly. Thanks!

I came here because I like to support local, and not big HD or L stores. I needed a new canister valve for my toilet. I still work with my dad who is a plumber so I don’t understand why we have these stupid things instead of the classic flappers. But I read that it gives it 360° flush so more power OK I’ll stick with that. I brought the main canister piece with me in pictures of the inside of the tank. The identifying print on the inside of the tank was very well worn nearly off, but they were able to identify my tank as American Standard. The POS canister is no longer being manufactured but the guy there Could match up the right canister with my tank. Then he gave me something I did not ask for nor that I think I needed it. The large washer that seals the canister between the tank, and the along with the bolts that secure the tank to the bowl and their accompanying washers. This man is the GOAT. Since the existing bolts and washers seemed fine, I left them in place. I did use the new washer for the canister since the older one looked a bit yucky and worn. Silly me to. That leaked almost immediately. I had to take the tank back up again and replace the old bolts and washers with the new ones. I would have never known I needed those if not for this guy at the store. Will definitely go back when I need to get more plumbing parts.

There's a reason to shop local. These guys have a great selection, fair prices, and most importantly, handle issues when things go wrong, even the ones that aren't their fault. Strongly recommend!

Who's decision was it to turn an exciting plumbing store into an ordinary, well, "HomeDepot"?? I used to love this place which had many, many choices of high quality American and European bath faucets, mirrors, toilets, towel racks, interesting safety bars, sinks...vintage and new styles, shower heads galore and on and on and, yes knowledgeable people whose service was impeccable. When I walked in last week I was stopped in my tracks as all I saw was a sea of boxes with drop in sinks which I was informed was furniture with drop in sinks! Pedestal sinks gone. The many little cubicle areas with faucets etc composed together so it was easy to see how each brand and colors looked in real time. Yes, you could see, feel, touch all items instead of being told to look on line to make such long lasting choices! Even the more experienced workers were not up front to ask questions. Two new people were hired. One a salesman of, yes, all the new "furniture" stuffed side by side in the over half the front of the entire store. The entire stock of toilets were stuffed into the back corner side by side about a few inches apart so it was impossible to get near each. An item I went to buy I was told had been discontinued was easily found at another store...no, not HomeDepot! Hopefully, this old plumbing store was in the mist of rearranging their store and will bring back much of what had made them more than a plumbing plus store.

We spent $30K on our cabinets from here. 6 years later, our glass cabinet spontaneously broke in half and we were told that it was not covered by the lifetime warranty because "we opened it too much." I would seriously discourage anyone from purchasing cabinets here.

This is a great place for pluming, bathroom or cabinet ideas. The staff was very helpful when I went in for plumbing supplies and didn't really know the specs on what I was replacing. The people at the counter could tell what my old stuff was and recommended replacement parts that worked perfectly. would definitely go back over any Home Depot or any place like that .

I went to several stores shopping for a bathroom renovation, no one was nearly as helpful as Sebastian at Plumbing Parts Plus! Yes they are often busy, but I signed in and he got to me within 15 minutes. He then took the time to explain all the shower options to me and helped me choose wisely based on function and price range. He ordered for me and it ended up being way cheaper than what was advertised online for those parts! They called within 2 weeks with all of my things ready to pickup. I would say save yourself the trouble and go here and request Sebastian. I really appreciate how helpful they were and everyone was so friendly!

This store has an impressive array of bathroom fixtures, vanities, lighting and anything else you would need for a renovation. The sales person I worked with was Carl, who called the manufacturer with me present and confirm the vanity and sink top would arrive the following week--and it did! Yay! Thanks Carl! Order came in and upon inspection there was a scratch on item. I asked if I could get a slight damage reduction (the small set was nearly $2k) and the manager, is it Sebastian? was unnecessarily visibly angry and dismissive. One of my mottos is "it never hurts to ask," and I also accept that no is always a possible response. He told me to take it with the scratch or not and that I was lucky to get the cabinet and that I got it as early as I did because it was already in the store and was an order someone didn't pick up. Not true. I will move on to another store for my master and powder room renovation.

Oklahoma City Plumbing Supply and Parts of OKC is the best store for any help you need or parts ! The owner is amazing and will spend what ever amount of time it takes to fix your problem and if he cant he will find someone who will!! He fixed my plumbing problem!!!

Plumbing Parts Plus has given us a lot of free advice. We are homeowners who can DIY some jobs, but we hire professional plumbers for most projects. Two years ago, we purchased two toilets from PPP at competitive prices. At the start of the pandemic shut-down in 2020, they helped us to select and buy the parts needed to install a vintage (1915) bathroom sink. This year (2021), they gave us estimates on several kitchen sinks and sold us the cartridges for an obscure Italian kitchen faucet fixture. We are grateful for their expertise!
