I personally know some of the volunteers at this non-profit. I have frequently donated laptops, desktops and accessories to them because I know they will refurbish the equipment and offer it to those in need at very reasonable prices. Like everything else, COVID has complicated their operations. But they are still the same big hearted computer nerds they've always been!

Please, please don't waste your money here. I just purchased a laptop a few days ago and it doesn't work. It doesn't get onto WiFi although we have WiFi and every device is capable. The cursor doesn't work either. I can use my mouse for that if the computer itself worked. It's very disappointing and such a waste it time and money. No refunds are allowed so I can either take it back to be troubleshooted, only to get it home and it probably not work again or get sent home with another piece of junk. Please, please listen, save your money and just purchase a new one. That's what I just did so I wasted money there and still had to purchase a new one. Don't waste your money. I don't believe all of the good reviews. They are selling junk that doesn't work. A laptop that's constantly asking me for Ethernet connection? I'm 2020, wtf? I'm pissed and I hate wasting my hard earned money.

Wonderful. I am happy with the service and the repair of my Laptop. Jim is full of very knowledge and patient with customers. They are eager to help and give you or guide you to a solution. I will definitely be back. The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact that there are not 6 stars above.
