Very convenient. Was able to get assigned a room not long at all after checking in. Did wait a while in room before being seen, but once the doctor came things moved along. Was also able to get script at nearby pharmacy which was helpful.

On Saturday evening I ran to this place for stomach flu symptoms. Thankfully not many people were here. Almost no wait to get in. The doctor showed up not long after I got in. I was treated well and I like the fast service.

I felt like the doctor did not care about my well being. He was very rude and just tried to get me out the office cause they couldn’t help me. He wasn’t trying to listen just quick to answer and dismiss you.

The front desk assistant and nurse I saw were lovely.The doctor was very dismissive. I was very clear that my ears were hurting and that I often experience ear infections towards the end of a bad cold or flu. She saw fluid in my ears and did not prescribe anything. Less than 48 hours later, my PCP diagnosed a double ear infection. The doctor was talking fast, did not explain anything and said to just take ZyertecD after I said I’ve tried it in the past and it didn’t work. She also mentioned Sudafed but did not say which one knowing they are several types of Sudafed. I mentioned that I noticed mold in my reusable water bottle and without asking any questions, she dismissed my remarks saying that has nothing to do with my illness because she’s seeing so many sickness lately. Not sure how that had anything to do with my concern. I was very disappointed. I’m not one to seek care often when I’m sick, but I certainly will not return to Patient First Rockville.

go anywhere else. heck, WebMD could probably help you more, or at least frustrate you less.

I had 2 strep test done in the span of 2 hours and not a single nurse/doctor came and talked to me I had to go out and ask a doctor to help me. I had a nurse try to clear my ear with squirting some water device in my ear and I’ve never felt worse pain. The nurse didn’t even care it was like she was mad at me for being in discomfort. Worst experience ever does not go to this place. They literally say that they expect visits to be 3 hours long and it’s true they don’t care don’t come here.

I felt I am getting the best care here , Always!,I drive to this clinic far because it is worthed. THEY ALWAYS HAVE MEDICAL DOCTORS ON THE STAFF!IMy entire family members and I have been a patient of PSTIENT FIRST For MANY YEARS WITH FULL satisfaction.

If I could give a zero stare I would. Staff was rude and lied to my face. All I need where a few pre-op test for an unexpected surgery. The nurse send she had told the doctor my situation and the doctor said no which isn't even possible because she didn't know my situation when she came out to talk to me. I have had other family members go and have no problems. Beware even though they say they will act as your primary on their website. They will not they will be rude and write you off with no help and say everything is up to the doctors discretion.

I was overwhelmed by everyone's kindness! Not sure if it's because I'm under the weather and also a girl, but their sweetness almost brought tears to my eyes( I’m also very dramatic). Despite being a walk-in, I didn't have to wait long. I think that if you are a walk-in, you have to be patient and understand that you are a walk-in, and that it’s not only about you in an urgent care. I'd gladly return countless times; their kindness truly lifted my spirits. Now , do I want to come back countless times? No , but if I ever need something I know exactly where to go! 10/10 would recommend :)

The staff is nice enough - but they are SO SLOW! Like literally you will be in a room for no less than an hour no matter how many people are there. The website gives a false sense of time as it shows who is going back to a room - but there are literally 9 other people in rooms and we’re still not next on the to be seen list. If you have to come here, bring lots of things to do and occupy time as urgency and swiftness is not a priority here.

I visited Patient First today (1/27/24) for a laceration of the finger and the staff was absolutely amazing.The medical assistants, Lyse and Kimberly took great care of assessing my wound. Kimberly even held my hand my Lyse continued treatment.Dr. Wartenberg came in shortly after and explained the treatment plan. Afterwards, I was treated, bandaged by another staff member (didn't get his name) and sent on my way.Thanks,MB
