The store is great, but staff seems to be unorganized. I made a balloon order for pick up for a gender reveal. I came back the following day and they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Took up way too much time for them to figure it out so I will not be returning to this location.

I tried to buy this dog mask which was clearly labeled $35 from where it was hanging. Only to find out at the counter it was around $50. The cashier was telling me it wasn't the same dog mask that was being priced, so I showed them the writing on the label which explicitly says "MASK DEMON DOG". Then the cashier told me it's not the same demon dog mask, and the barcodes are different. At which point, I called them out because this is clearly misleading.The label says one thing ($35), and the cash register says another ($50). I only needed a mask to play the part while giving out treats on Halloween, so this price difference is a big deal to me. And I would say this borders on unethical business practice when deceiving customers about price like this.Needless to say, I put the dog mask back away. No staff at the store even tried to remedy the issue by offering a discount or calling in management. The cashier did acknowledge the price on the label was misleading, but that was it.For that reason, I have no choice but to give the minimum rating of 1 star. I have zero tolerance for deceptive business practices. In this case, it was caused by a price discrepancy of $15. Not that much when you really think about it, but you can be sure I will never shop at Party City again because of it.

The staff are friendly and helpful but they often seemed short staffed. The staff are always stressed. During Halloween season the store is crazy but other times of the year it's less packed. Items are hit or miss. Probably depends if the staff have time to restock. Doors into the store are not accessible. I had to have someone help me when I was in my wheelchair. The isles are generally wide enough for my wheelchair or other mobility aids but during Halloween they have extra stuff up. It was challenging to navigate parts the store.

A moderately bussin spot with all the party equipment you'll need: from plastic forks to mylar balloons to dank drip of the haloween season - this place slaps (moderately). You won't be dissapointed if your looking for a one-stop party supply store.

Went there today, spent 500$ on party stuff and they wouldn’t let my eight year old daughter who was desperate to pee use their restroom. Never going there again.

DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS AT THIS STORE. I purchased gift cards here, and. They were not activated at the time of purchase. The store staff was completely useless - offered no support and refused to refund my money. Someone who seemed to be a supervisor referred me to their customer service phone number for help. When I called customer service, they told me to go back to the store for my refund. This company steals money from its customers.

A guy with bad acne denied me entry five minutes before closing....People were still at registers. I just needed to pick up an online order.You're not allowed to do that at retail stores.

4 people working the store this morning. One texting the others filling balloons and chatting. No one offered to help. I asked for the item I wanted and was directed down an isle. I came back and asked if they could show me the balloons for a 1 year birthday. The girl said over there. I could not see them because there were so many inflated balloons in front of them. I asked again for someone to show them to me and finally one of the clerks pulled them out to show me. They are not trained well. I don't blame the clerks the manager appeared to be young and inexperienced. Not good. I was the only customer in the store. The owner needs to take responsibility to train the employees. I'll go to another location in the future.

I had placed an order in advance the night before my mother's farewell party. I got to this location the next day and the balloons I chose had been misplaced and the order wasn't ready. There was a lot of frustration from the employees, even those managing the store. Max stood out, he was calm, respectful and proactive. Please keep him in mind for more responsibility. He made the situation much more viable.
