Don't let the fact the shop looks "clean," upfront prices are reasonable, and staff speak multiple languages fool you. I believe these are the main reasons for the 5 star reviews.
I have a 2011 Cadillac DTS with a drive belt (serpentine) and water pump belt. I asked the shop to replace both as preventative maintenance items. Both are relatively straightforward jobs. I got back in the car after the work was completed, and noticed the water pump belt, which I purchased, was still in packaging. The mechanic did not know there was a water pump belt! I popped the hood and had to show him where it was. They offered to replace it for me, but the fact the customer requested two belt replacements and he only found one made me walk out of the shop.
Secondly, the mechanic left some grease on the seats and door handle, and did not put a paper mat over the drivers floor mat, as is customary at most shops. This was highly unprofessional.
Lastly, I had the shop balance my tires. I checked the electronic tire pressure monitoring system after getting the car back and found they were at 40 psi. This is 10 psi higher than the manufacturer recommended pressure of 30 psi (which was set correctly prior to me bringing the car in), clearly displayed inside the door. Again, lack of attention to detail. Higher tire pressure results in more wear and tear on the suspension and compromised handling.
Also, they wrote me up for an awfully suspicious "rear brake caliper seized." They allowed me to view the issue with the car up on the lift, but balked when I requested the mechanic step on the brake pedal with me watching the caliper. This, combined with the fact I did not notice any abnormal braking or noises, makes their claim of a seized brake caliper awfully suspicious.
If you know cars and understand the highest level of professionalism in repairs, I'd find a different shop.

Best shop around the area. I had my car serviced here for brake and alignment, they did very great job. Fernanda and her crew were awesome. Nice and fair pricing as well! I definitely recommend and will come back for more future service on my car.

Amazing service! They speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese.
I went over there no appointment, I changed four tires, change my oil and the service was really quickly and for sure I’m gonna back this place again.

I went there for a alignment and tire rotation. They scratched the new wheels on my truck, and then forgot to tighten the lug nuts so when I got 5 mins away from the shop, my tire started shaking and realized one 1 lug nut was on the truck (out of the 6). Had a call a flatbed tow truck to get me off the side of the road.

Blowout on the road. Tyler was an oasis in the desert and checked in my MKX, while Abdul friendly answered my questions. Tyler went in the container to see if he had my size tire. Although, seemingly vey busy Bryan squeezed me in, tirelessly (pun intended), working to get me in and out the door quickly. Great job guys!!

Did a Maryland safety inspection from here. Quick reservation, reasonable price and got it done the next day. About to do an oil change and tire rotation. Will update on that later

I went to this shop after hit a curb and they found it that I need to replace my control arm with ball joint and an alignment. They was able to do it at same day just in a few hours, great service from front office, Fernanda and her coworkers was really helpful and friend, amazing tech and clean and nice waiting room. For sure I will be back.

I brought my 2012 Audi A6 3.0T Quattro to them without an appointment to replace both stock down pipes with a performance set. Everyone else gave me an appointment date for Monday I would need to leave the car. The problem I’m traveling starting Monday and wanted to get the install done before the weekend. Perfect assessed very quickly with the head mechanic that they could do the job… same day and they did it in 2.5 hours awesome. Also all other shops were only able to bolt-on and clamp the new exhaust. Perfect did rig welds which means the exhaust is secured long term. Love these guys the work was done fast but to spec. They are professional and personable like a doctor with a great bedside manner. Please take car to these guys to see what I’m talking about. True Awesomeness!!

I’ve had an outstanding experience with perfect auto repair! Their team is incredibly skillful, handling complex repairs with ease and precision. Not only did they fix my car quickly, but the pricing was also very affordable, much better than other places I’ve been to. What really sets them apart, though, is their genuine care for customers. This place was amazing went for an oil change at my local place but front tires were rough looked around called in they gave me a quote went later in the day to make sure it was that price and it was!.. ordered the tires for me and got them installed Saturday waited about 30 minutes the price was so reasonable too great staff as well!
