Great quick communication and response , affordable rates and friendly personalized service. Makes buying from distant auction houses easier and doable. Lubin Auction gallery provided their information and have used them twice for seamless and well packed shipping. Thank you!

Loan (pronounced like "lawn") and Jonathan are amazing and amazingly helpful people! They are always ready to help with any task they provide at this location. I don't mind the cost of convenience and supporting good businesses. I've found myself browsing through their trinkets and chatting with Loan and Jonathan longer than planned because they are good company and have business practices.

This used to be a great location-- great service, quick and easy! It appears it has been sold to new owners and the store is disorganized, it smells and the customer service is lacking. Considering it used to be a very in and out and easy place to ship from, something isn't being done correctly now.

HELLA HELPFUL!! This shop blew my mind yesterday, walking me through the processes of my task with unending patience.
WOW!
I don't live nearby, but I'm coming back to get stuff done! Each clerk is a notary, each one is expert or can find the perfect answer.

Don’t drop off your returns here if you are using a clothing rental service. In all my years of using clothing rental companies (RTR, Nuuly, etc) I have never had issues with clothing items going missing after dropping off the return at UPS. I started using Parcel Plus for drop off since it is closer than UPS and suddenly items started going missing from my returns EVERY SINGLE TIME I dropped off at Parcel Plus. I was once a frequent customer for all sorts of things they do - shipping, printing, keys, etc - but I will never return to this store ever again. Beware.

I am sinfully delinquent in writing this review but guilt has finally overpowered me. Loan and company have helped me with several items picked up from Weschler's Auction house and shipped from Parcel Plus and I want to say thank you again. Every time everything has been perfect. I live on the other side of the country so it's so nice to have someone you can trust and rely on, especially now days.

Everything about this location is a gem. It’s conveniently location in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking but more importantly the employees are so so incredibly friendly and kind. They assisted me twice in one day with printing and then later shipping a document. I have nothing but positive things to say about the team here… I will be coming back time and time again for their friendly faces alone!
