I have never written a review before but I felt as though I had to let others know. I have been going for about a year to hairstylist Kali. Every time she finishes my hair (which costs $450-330) depending on if she's doing "low lights", it all looks the same and she charges different. My inspiration pic is never achieved and I thought maybe after enough sessions it would get closer but i'm convinced she does the minimal just to keep me coming for more money.
My last experience with her completely ruined my opinion on the salon. She was working on two clients simultaneously. She left me with bleach under heat for 20 minutes and when she asked her coworker to check on me he had said it was level 10 bleach. That means my hair (natural brown) was completely white. She then toned my hair and it was basically brown again. I go for blonde highlights. She then reversed the color when she saw I was upset and it turned out orange. While i was freaking out that my hair was damaged and brown, she told me to "stop acting like that". Her other coworkers were speaking to her in spanish (they didnt know i understood spanish) and they were telling her that she took too long with the bleach. She charged me $440 for this to come out with my hair damaged and looking orange. I will never be coming back here again. I have since changed my stylist and I am much more happy putting my money somewhere else.

I love seeing my girl Dominique at Oxygen salon! She has really helped restore my hair with the keratin treatment and my hair feels so much healthier. She really understands my vision of what I would like to achieve for my hair and masters that excellence perfectly. She makes me feel so comfortable and she is the sweetest! The whole team is amazing and nice. Thank you so much for the awesome service!

i love oxygen salon!!! i’ve been seeing dominique since i’ve started coming here, and she is so amazing! her attention to detail, patience, creativity, and passion for what she does is truly incredible. she is insanely talented; i’ve never looked better than when she cuts and styles my hair <3 the staff are all really friendly, and the atmosphere inside is lovely. i’ll be continuing to go to oxygen salon!

Oxygen is absolutely phenomenal! From the atmosphere to the services, I have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new salon.

Worst hair salon that you can go to. Please save your money and visit a better salon. I’d rather go to a Hair Cuttery. They ruined my hair, left it choppy and damaged. I REALLY WISH I WOULD HAVE LISTENED TO EVERYONES WARNING NOT TO GO THERE. Please don’t fall for it

I came to this salon in December to have my hair dyed and then styled for my annual holiday party. While I loved the color I absolutely hated the experience I had with the cut and style. Not only did the stylist call my curly hair frizzy he proceeded to tell me how everything from the creams and light hold gel I did to style my hair was wrong and honestly reminded me why I avoided salons for so long. I recognize that not everyone knows how to do or style curly hair but the way he went about it was terrible. I would not advice coming here if you have curly hair.

I tried this salon twice.I def expect more than what I received for the prices they charge.During my first visit, the assistant left my hair dripping wet and sent me on my way as I'd requested to wash 'n go. While I get that I didn't request a blowdry/style, I should at the minimum have my hair dried a bit more so that it isn't soaked, with water running down my back. This is a shame because the owner is the stylist that colored my hair, and it was perfect. She is a nice lady who turned lemons into lemonade in her personal life, and opened her own salon here.The second visit, I scheduled with the first person that was available. The gentleman I was scheduled with had just finished his previous client, and had all of the brushes out that he'd used on her. He picked up the brush and removed most of the hair on it and proceeded to comb my hair. I asked him to please use a clean brush. He said he had cleaned it. I said removing hair is not cleaning it. He replied, "I use the same brush on all my clients all day."As a public health nurse, I am appalled. This isn't sanitary, and is an easy transmission route for ringworm and more.In addition, some of my grays were still visible, literally the whole reason I went in: root touch-up.Incredibly disappointed. I won't be returning.
