This branch wasted 5 hours of our time on Labor Day. I worked with a sales representative by the name of Jose Alvarez who lured my wife and I into the dealership based on lies.
First, he said that he has the SUV at a sister dealership that he can have brought over so long as we come into the dealership. So, I told him that since you are willing to do that for us, we will come into the dealership and make a deal, but it will take us an hour to get there. Jose said that is no problem.
We arrive at the dealership, meet Jose, and start the negotiations. We reach a deal, sign the agreement that is only valid for the day, and then he has me sign a form to run my credit score. After being there for about two hours the Sales Manager (forget his name) above Jose Alvarez comes out and tells us that the car we were interested in was sold earlier this morning. This is the same car that Jose told us that he confirmed was still available around 1:40pm.
Now, as you can imagine, this took every ounce of my being to not tell this man what I truly thought of him, Jose, and this dealership for wasting my time. This sales manager said they are looking within a 150-mile radius in hopes they can do a trade with another dealership. Mind you he said this around 5:45pm. I know that even if they were able to find what we wanted it would take multiple hours before it arrived. Another 30 minutes goes by, and Jose is nowhere to be found. So, we walk over to the Sales Manager and give him a piece of our mind and tell him that we no longer want the deal and walk out.
This is all to say that this place will do absolutely everything they can, without any respect or remorse towards the customer, to get you in the door. To quickly sum it all up - they lied about having a car, had me sign a deal for a car that didn't exist, and had me sign a form to run my credit for a car that didn't exist.
Don't go to this branch.

Ourisman of Rockville was easy to schedule with, and when I arrived the agent already had a list of the preventive maintenance necessary. He was able to give me an expected timeline, and that allowed me to continue my workday in the adjacent customer lounge. When the car was ready (on time, as promised), I received a list of the maintenance performed and there were no hidden fees. 10/10, will go back again.

I’m speaking through my nephews account. My name is Melissa Jenkins And I bought an equinox from the dealership, but this Google review is not about the buying experience, but the experience I had with Reggie. He was not my sales person, but he helped me from A-to-Z and now 45 days later when I’m picking up my plates he is here to put my plates on. I appreciate Reggie and Ourisman Chevrolet Y’all need to know what you have with Reggie.

I originally contacted this dealership to see if they could beat the price I was quoted on a blazer ev. Though text message, phone and email I was told by the sales associate they could. I explicitly explained I didn't want to come in unless this could be done because several other dealerships wasted my time upon visiting their dealership. Upon arrival the sales associate I spoke to over the phone seemed like they were dressed to attend high-school while everyone else was dressed professionally. This person ended up being busy so they put me with another associate. This associate put me with his manager who held me up the rest of my day and could not honor the numbers discussed prior to coming in. During this never ending wait for the car and finance office another associate Reggie introduced himself and took care of me like i was his customer. I ended up by the car and noticed the steering wheel had pieces missing from the back of it. I contacted my salesman who said they would get back to me for 2 days and never did. During this time Reggie was working for me the whole time and got the issue resolved.

One word: Stealership!
Avoid this place at all costs, or get ready to be lied to. Don’t make the same mistake I did—get everything in writing if you dare to deal with them. I bought a new Silverado from this dealership out of state, and they assured me they’d deliver it to New York at no extra cost. Everything seemed fine until management stepped in. They kept increasing my down payment—from $2,000 to $6,000—and then had the audacity to claim they “lost money” on the sale and refused to deliver the car unless I paid even more. That was their first lie.
After reminding them of their obligation, they finally delivered the car—but with a broken radio, which they conveniently failed to mention. When I reached out, they completely ghosted me, leaving me to deal with the headache on my own.
Then came the second lie. They promised to refund a $180 debit card fee but, surprise, surprise—I never saw that money. As if that wasn’t enough, Ximena Conner later called to tell me they’d made an error with DMV fees and demanded an additional $300 to send my plates. She was unable to provide any proof of an additional bill or documentation, yet still expected me to pay more money. I refused, citing their shoddy behavior and the faulty radio they sold me. Instead of resolving the issue, they tried to extort more money from me by withholding my plates. After days of back-and-forth, she finally claimed it was “standard procedure” to make me pick up the plates in person—a total scam.
This was by far the worst buying experience of my life. If you value your sanity and your wallet, steer clear of these liars and thieves. And if you do decide to take the risk, make sure you get everything in writing—because they’ll do anything to take advantage of you.
