Outstanding personnel and assistance. The amazing team always gives me the attention I require and takes fantastic care of my hair. They always work on my curls with a grin and a nice approach, and they do a great job that I adore. They are distinct because of this, and they project a nice and cozy vibe.

This hair salon is A-MAZING!!! There are not enough good words to say about this place. The whole salon is like a family, and they care about you and your hair! They are knowledgeable, and pay attention to the little details. I always thought I had wavy hair, but really I'm a curly haired girl and they knew just how to cut my hair. They take their time to explain the process, HOW to care for your hair and set you up for when you get home to care and style it! It is so nice to be able to embrace my curly hair and feel confidant rain or shine (and dare I say even humidI). This salon has given me my confidence back and I feel so blessed for finding them. Thank you Oasis Hair Salon. You all shine!!!

Yesterday was my first experience with Oasis Hair Salon and I had an excellent time and great results. The place is so classy and Zen-like. It was truly a spa experience! I felt totally cared about and cared for. The kindness & professionalism was beyond my expectations. Each staff member had wonderful energy. I've been in the curly girl world for a long time yet I still learned more! Thanks to each of you for bringing your best selves to work! Worst haircut OF MY LIFE & I'm mid-life. They had good info but they did not listen to the fact that I wanted to keep the length. They did what they do for everyone assuming I wanted big voluminous hair. This took a full YEAR to grow out and it's still not quite there. Yes the hair is healthier now but it was seriously WAY shorter than I asked for. RUN away from this place. They are nice people but that still doesn't mean you are left with your short hair cut you hate for an entire year and for a HUGE amount of money!!

I expected more, especially for the price. I believe she could’ve done a better job styling my hair, at least using the finger tech niche (which she said was going to use) by sections. Also, she didn’t dry it completely (diffused) and I felt rushed in the end. The 75$ dollar fee just to book the appointment is extreme, they said on the phone it would be applied towards my service, which was $200. But, it was not applied and they said it went towards the products they used on my hair. Friendly and knowledgeable staff though.

This was my first visit and wow! Everyone was just so lovely. Not to mention there were several other clients with curly hair and their hair looked amazing as they were finishing up, so that made me feel better. I did the service for new clients where they go through instruction on how to wash and tips on styling your hair including suggestions on products. The salon was a peaceful place where you could just go and relax to get away from the world. The other nice thing no pressure into purchasing products that were recommended. I had several of the products they had suggested already. I absolutely enjoyed my experience.

came in for the first time for a haircut. The stuff here are incredible. Sydney (syd) cut my hair and was such a joy to work with. She not only explained and answered all the questions i had about my hair and any concerns i was dealing with, but she fixed them for me and chose products based on my specific hair. I strongly recommend her. Even before starting the haircut she gave me a short consultation asking me all about my hair and my concerns i may be dealing with. i really appreciate how they truly personalize your appointment for YOUR HAIR. From her welcoming energy, to her skill with all curl types, i’m definitely coming back. I was then passed on to Alex, who added on to the wonderful experience. She washed my hair so gently and explained every single step she was doing and even provided a mirror for me to watch so i could replicate it at home. THE NECK AND HEAD MASSAGE she gave me, while a mask sat in my hair, I never experienced anything like that in my life. It was the most relaxing thing. she actually put in effort to press into my muscles and didn’t rush it AT ALL. I felt so cared for. I wish i thanked her some more because she deserves it. And while she conditioned my hair, she softly brushed through it with her fingers and treated my hair with so much care as if it was her own. The staff here is beautiful, everybody smiles and welcomes you. You don’t feel out of place here, you don’t feel judged, and they listen to you with open ears. This place has amazing customer service as well as high quality products. I ended up buying all the products they used on my hair that day. Thank you for transforming my curl routine ❤️ I will be back.

Personally, though the hair stylists are nice and sweet… this place did not hit the marks for a curly hair salon. I’ve gotten my hair cut here and a hair dye but had to return to deposit more color. Mind you, this wasn’t the first time I had gotten it bleached and colored to be midnight purple so it was frustrating it wasn’t done properly at first. They did squeeze me in for the color but I was there from 12pm to close. Even after this visit, I still had to buy semi permanent color dye to do it myself. Nice facility and staff, but I’m not impressed with the skillset for my curly hair pattern or texture— 2c/3a low porosity coarse mid back length south Asian dark brown hair.

I really wanted to like this place. But what I really wanna call this place is '"the butcher shop" I feel like I grew all my hair for them to just cut it off. Look if you have long curly hair this is the place for you.. if you don't... expect for them to cut all your hair to the floor. They need to learn to FAZE out the damage instead of just cutting it out. When people are starting their natural hair journey they should feel safe. I used to feel safe with The hairstylist I worked with the first time I came here before she quit this place, and she understood that. Maybe the owner who cut my hair this time should learn this skill too, because I'm not coming back here. I rather take a drive to VA to have my hair cut by someone who will work with what I got, and help me get my desired results without chopping it off to my scalp. Well all I can say now is GOODBYE BUTCHERS!!! YOU WONT GET ME AGAIN... I'll buy my products from here but I won't be letting you butcher my hair again. ✌️

Had my first appointment last night and I can’t get over how good my hair looks! I was nervous about my curls holding up after the gym. I kept it in a pineapple style and I was shook after taking my hair down for work. It still looks amazing!

This place does not honor gift certificates save your money this holiday season! My MIL bought me a curly hair cut and care session then Covid happened and all non essential businesses were closed indefinitely. Once everything opened up I tried to use my gift certificate and was very matter of factly told that they would not be honoring the gift certificate. I feel horrible that my mother in law wasted so much money on a service I wasn’t able to use. But maybe everything happens for a reason because based on the other reviews maybe it’s a blessing in disguise that I wasn’t able to get a hair cut here. Save your money and give your loved ones visa gift cards or something else because this place doesn’t honor the gift certificates, no expiration date was visible on the gift certificate either so really they’ll just take your money and not provide the service.
