Not sure why reviews so negative, No problems at all, camile was good the car was fine when i returned the car, the young man was nice, so over all i would come back.

Run and run fast! The worst place to rent from. Very unprofessional. I run a business where I rent vehicles for my staff all the time and year round. They have definitely lost my business. This place disgusts me to the highest level.

Worst rental company I’ve ever felt with. I paid the a rental in Gaithersburg online. Hours open til 7pm. They call me at 4:50 saying they close at 5pm and they will transfer my purchase to Rockville. I get there and nothing has been transferred. Instead they charge me again, double charging me for the rental. The first one was $500 but they charged me $700 fir the second in the same time frame… I call them and they say they have no record of the first rental but my bank account sure does. They make no effort to refund the first rental. I talk to 3 people in 2 hours of phone calls. 2 hang up on me and all are completely incompetent. I had to do a chargeback through my bank. Then I go to return the second rental that I paid for in advance and they say I owe them $800 more dollars…I had to prove to them that not only did I not owe them, they owed me money back for the $150 deposit. Absolute worst rental experience of my life.

The place is small and is sharing space with a repair shop assistants. The car I got was a little older, in an excessively used condition. Dust and spots in the salon.Employee was professional and courteous.

Awful. Service is extremely slow. It is too hectic being next to the Subaru service. I waited 40 minutes to pick up my rental and the same amount to turn it in. Ridiculous waste of time.

Never again I reserved a premium car thru carrentals.com They gave first a dirty Toyota Camary. Then it was soaking wet. Finally, they gave a Kia van that was filthy. Never again... I'm going back to Avis.

THEY STOLE MY $89 FOR NO REASON AS REGULAR THIEVES!!! I didn't even get a chance to rent throw this company because they do not accept international drivers license while everyone else does. I just went there because their cars were cheaper. I have prepaid my reservation on carrentals.com and there was a note that the cancellation is free within 24 hours. I got to their office, talked to lady PRINCESS and she told me that she can not give me a car because she has never seen an international license before. I didn't have time to argue and told her then I'll leave but I need my money for reservation back. She assured me that I will get them all back ASAP. It's been 10 days, no refund, 100 calls to their and carrental support and everyone keeps sending me to another company to get my money back for the car I didn't even rent!

It was perfectly fine. The woman who rented me the car was nice. The car was good and useful. No above and beyond but it was all good. No problems.

Very very bad service I have a not good experience because my license wich was issue by MVA I cant understand how bad they handle it! My license has a reading that says Not valid for federal purposes. I have rent cars worldwide and localy with my license and I try to use my wife's license and they didnt accepted because it was issue in 2008, cant you believe that!!so next time think twice. I reply any email to confirm all this.
