My Dad & I have been going to Newtown for years & each time has only been the best experience! My Camaro was unfortunately pushed off the road onto a median by a tow truck. John handled everything for me down to processing & going back & forth with my insurance for the repairs. My Camaro is a more "rare" version which made it harder to match up bumpers & replacements on the exterior (even my emblems are hard to find) but John did not let my car leave their shop until my car was absolutely perfect! A lot of shops will just "make it work" & send you on your way. Not at Newtown! I was thoroughly updated on the status of my car and progress throughout which meant a lot being a car enthusiast, my car being my favorite thing. Thank you to John, the team & technicians at Newtown, you guys are the best!

Unfortunately someone hit me twice over the past three years and both times I drove more than 20 miles to this body shop. WHY? John and the team does an excellent job, very honest and professional, no nonsense, perfect bodywork. Car looked like new both times, and they work directly with your insurance company! Great experience, customer service and fair price. Everyone was helpful, trustworthy and communication was great beginning to end. We got body repair work that included electrical components and everything turned out good as new and on time. They even threw in a ride to the rental car place, touch up paint on my bumper and my car is cleaner than when I left it.Services: Body & Trim

2 years ago, they sold me on how much they cared and how good a job they would do. Well I posted a few photos of the "good job and care" they showed me. (front bumper grill and driving lights that they glued in so as to save them some money) Not too mention my windshield was trashed. They replaced and left glass in all areas of the front seats! In addition they accused me of the possibility of lying about what the new body shop found.Services: Body & Trim

Newtown Auto Body did a great job on my car. I know they work with auto dealers, but I found them through a contact of my spouse. My car needed shocks, a serpentine belt, and some other work. Waiting on line before me to pay was a chatty customer, apparently a regular there, suggesting customer loyalty. They did a great job on my vehicle. Work was on-time, reasonably priced, and they gave me a loaner car to get around while they worked on my vehicle. I recommend them.

Newton Autobody recently fixed some damage to my side skirt after a towing mishap. The towing company thankfully covered the damages and coordinated the repairs with John Fox at Newton. He took extremely good care of my car and went above and beyond the repairs that were needed. I pointed out some damage that had occurred – unrelated to the towing damage – and his technicians popped out the dent at no charge to me! When it was time to get my side skirt placed back on the car, John was kind enough to offer a free wash and vacuum also at no charge! He exceeded all my expectations and I had a wonderful experience at this business! John has excellent customer service and was very accommodating and I really and truly appreciate him going the extra mile to help me out and taking care of things that I wouldn’t have expected him to take care of. As for my side skirt, it looks brand new! It was so nice to see my car clean and sparkling again! Thank you again John for everything!

This auto body shop is horrible. Geico suggested this auto body shop after I was involved in a 3 car collision. If you have Geico do NOT take their suggestion to use this body shop services because if something goes wrong Geico will simply write them a check and tell you it's not their responsibility. So what happened with my car? Well it sat at the shop for a month. Taken apart. Parts on the floor. I was informed they were waiting on one part, no other parts of my car were fixed. (I still don't know why Geico paid them to do absolutely nothing) I received a phone call after my car had been at Newtown for a month telling me there was a recall on the one part they were waiting on and that I would take 90-100 days to come in. I understand that's normal and Geico was assisting with paying my rental. However, when Geico stopped assisting Newtown did not want to give me a loaner car until my lawyer called them (the story changed) and they still didn't find me a loaner car (just kidding). It was so convenient that the owner had left for the day after he spoke with my lawyer and agreed to pay for my rental at Enterprise until he could get me in a loaner and actually did nothing. So I removed my car from the shop which is my right to do so. Geico paid them to put my car back together and they did not. They threw my parts in the backseat of my car and didn't even put all the screws and bolts in my backseat. Not to mention when I called to check to see if my car was being put back together the "manager" was so rude and nasty and yelled at me that he didn't have to put my car back together. And the cherry on top, they were petty enough to put my collision check in my car when I had it towed from them and didn't even notify me.
