I have been going to Bella at New Wave Salon for many years now and she is awesome and I am very happy I found her. She does an incredible job highlighting and coloring my hair and has been very consistent time after time. She also cuts my hair and does a really nice job. I have naturally thick curly hair and most people don't know how to cut and layer it correctly but I am so thankful she does. She is very kind, professional and accommodating. I would highly recommend Bella.

My family and I relocated to the area and were looking for a salon and stylist that we could meet our needs. Bella at New Wave was highly recommended by multiple people so we tried. Let me tell you taLented she is. I brought my formula with me and after she reviewed it and consulted my hair, she was able to create my exact hair color and highlights combination. My husband and 3 kids have all started got to see her and everyone is happy with their cuts. The staff and the front and back are warm and welcoming. My little ones love getting hot chocolate and sitting under the dryer reading a magazine. I have also started exclusively seeing Susan for my manicures, pedicure, and spa treatments. Susan's facial is out of this world! Her attention to detail and desire to create a state of relaxation is really a gift.

Don’t come here. This place is incredibly predatory. Dropped my mom off for a keratin treatment and the bill ended up way, way higher because they did added extra “perks” (head and neck massage, hair “evening” out) without mentioning it would cost additional money. They also don’t provide itemized receipts so there’s no record of them doing more things than what your appointment was booked for. Will never be returning here, and advise my friends and coworkers to take their business (and their moms!) anywhere else.

Kimmy is the stylist you want to see when you have very unique hair.
I am master level electronics repair technician and image is important to convey the level of expertise that is required to repair phones and computers. Kimmy understood the nuances needed to get the job done.
When I had my hair cut before, I looked like an entry level field technician. But after a the hair cut experience with kimmy, I get compliments from my clients and competitors.
Kimmy, please send send me some pictures of your work so I can share them with others in the area. And please make sure other people give me thumbs up for my unique review so others will know how we roll!

I absolutely love this salon. Not only are they friendly and professional, but they are also super clean. They sweep in between clients, and the bathrooms are immaculent!
Best of all, I live my stylist Nury. I've been looking for someone with her expertise for a long time. She is a team player. I love that she listens to my thoughts about my hair, but if it's not good for me, she will not honor my request. She's creative, and she never rushes me.

They provide terrible customer service, treating customers differently on Google Reviews than they do over the phone. Their online reputation doesn't match the poor service experienced by customers who call in. It's clear they care more about looking good online than addressing real customer concerns.

Mimi does an amazing job with curly hair! She has a passion for getting your hair just right and is very experienced stylist. She also blends color and highlights just right to cover my grays while keeping my hair looking natural and healthy. She cares about her clients and really wants you to look and feel your best. I’ve been going to Mimi for years and will continue going to New Wave as long as she is there!

I go to see Jackie in New Wave. She has been my hair stylist for years and she makes my hair dreams come true . She’s amazing and I trust her judgement more than most people in my life ?. No but honestly, she’s a very talented hair stylist and I have thick curly hair. She’s taught me so much and transforms my hair to even better than I want. I included photos for my recent hair cut and then my birthday look. She kills it every time ?.

I came in for a simple haircut and got so much more out of this place. The hair stylist, Elie, looked at my “wanted hairstyle” photos and changed it up a little bit to fit my face shape. He was very nice and skilled. My hair feels so much lighter and i love how much volume he gave to my thin flat hair!!All the staff working there are very welcoming and nice. Definitely would recommend to my friends :)

I had a terrible experience at this salon. We went there for a special family event, but the hairstylist only used hairspray, and our updos fell apart before the event even started. We had to redo our hair ourselves after paying around $400. The manager was rude when my sister complained, suggesting we needed money. It made me sad since I brought my sister and mom to this salon, who were traveling from out of town for this event, and they had the worst experience. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Avoid this salon if possible.
