If you want a fast and professional service, think twice before taking your car there.
There were 2 people working in the shop, Christian... and another guy.
I brought in my car for MD safety inspection at the appointed time 8:00 am. There was no other customer at the shop. Christian came out at 8:20 am and drove off in my car (road test I presume) for about 5 minutes. But he never informed me that that was what he was doing. Then he brought the car in the shop. There it sat for the next hour and half, part of the time on the ground and part of the time on the lift. Christian worked on it for 15 minutes total at the most. At that time, his colleague was working on another car.
Christian was not working on another car this whole time. There was no other customer. I guess this delay tactic was to prove the worth of $130 they charged.
To reward my voicing my frustration at the unnecessary delay in the work, he failed my car - "front wheel bearings have play", nothing else.
If you look at items checked in the MD safety inspection report, I think any good auto mechanic can tell you the whole exercise can be done in half an hour or less.
So prospective customers, beware.

I was driving on E Gude and saw sign for auto a/c repair but I didn't get address or ph#. I asked Google for information and got information for New Level. Glad I did, they fixed a/c as well as checked other related things. Work was completed quickly and repairs were thoroughly explained as well as future recommendations.
Top notch service will use again!

I cannot speak to the quality of work done here because I only had a safety inspection done in order to register my van with the state. At first I felt a little sketchy about this place. I failed the inspection and went back to my shop to get some things fixed. They confirmed the inspection was legit. I took my van back for re-inspection and passed. These guys got me in and did their thing and got me out both times. I wanted to write this review to let people know that even though I had reservations about this place I do believe they want to provide a legit service. But again I cannot speak to the actual quality of their work.

I took the car for MD Safety Inspection. The inspection report said the car needed front break shoes and rare suspension replaced. The shop gave me an estimate, and I agreed to make the repair at the shop. After the repair, the car was making noise when the gas paddle was pressed. That noise was not there before the repair was made.Services: Vehicle Inspection
