The staff here is absolutely unbelievable. I don’t know where they get these people. Justin fixed my frames so quickly, I barely had time to get an ice cream. This location I grade A 100% all the way, they deserve a raise and Smoothie King everyday!

I banged my head and bent my glasses frame so they wouldn’t stay on my face. I stopped by the store where I purchased the glasses and Justin helped me right away. He had my glasses fixed in under a minute and was super friendly. There aren’t a lot of places nowadays who can help you fast while being friendly.

i had a interesting time at the myeyedr in fallsgrove. i usually go to the myeyedr in olney but for some reason they had canceled my appointment and i desperately needed a appointment for new glasses because i hadn’t been in years, so i decided to book a last minute appointment with fallsgrove . all the staff were amazing and treated me with such kindness. i am fine wearing a mask which i was asked to put one on in the eye exam. i did and we continued the exam, not only a couple minutes later the doctor seemed scared that my mask would fall off that he had taped the mask to my face which i was not okay with. the doctor seemed a little passive aggressive and anytime he would ask me a question i would try to answer and he would interrupt me and say “i wasn’t done asking the question”. just seemed like a very passive aggressive experience but everyone else was nice.

Everything was so smooth and efficient. Dr. Kisamore was very friendly and informative and Angelica helped me pick the glasses that frame my face well and had great customer service skills!

Unprofessional and rude customer service from the sales representatives at this location. While calling in regards to my contact lens inquiry/issue, their tone was very unprofessional and they disregarded my issue at hand. The lack of communication and transparency in this office is absurd. I was still speaking and the sales representative rushed and hung up the phone, well aware that I was still speaking.

I saw Dr. Thai and Angelica helped me with choosing new frames and explaining the finances. They were both great at their respective jobs and it was a very pleasant and efficient experience.

This was my second visit to this facility, I was not too pleased last year, but this location and their hours are so convenient for me, so I wanted to try again. I'm a pretty basic customer - I just simply want to get a refraction, get my RX print out and leave. I understand how this type of business works, I wasn't born yesterday and I used to work in this field, I get that it's helps their numbers and overall ratings in corporate when they sell their frames in-house. But I'm someone who prefers to buy my glasses from online vendors for financial reasons; I have done this for years and have had great experiences doing so. The entire attitude and tone of the staff changes once you decline buying glasses in-house, which is a real shame. The entire experience just feels like constant sales tactics from both the doctors and staff, and not so much wanting to give the patient what they're asking for.

Do not use this MyEyeDr location (not sure if the rest are any better). Absolutely unprofessional, agressive upselling of dailies contacts to my son who is responsible and capable with this bi-weeklies. Quoted me $400 for a years supply of contacts which cost us under $100 at Costco. It was the shortest eye exam and it seemed the only purpose was selling dailies and not really looking at eye health or prescription changes.
I would give them 0 stars if it was possible. It also had a weird, funky, stale food odor at this store.

I would like to show my appreciation for this location and the wonderful Team. Last Saturday I rushed to this location after I dropped my eye glass and both lenses came off. They fixed my glasses in such a short period of time and without an appointment. They understood that it was an emergency and they fid an excellent and unexpected job. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Thank you for going the extra mile.
I do highly recommend this location not only for yearly eye check but also for purchasing a new pair of glasses.

I made an appointment for an eye dilation 2 weeks in advance. I received 2 texts to confirm my appointment which I did both times, and I received a text confirmation for my appointment as a reply. A few days before my appointment I was notified through text that my appointment has not been confirmed and is on a walk in basis. This is after my appointment was confirmed twice. Now I have to wait an additional week to check my eyes and for an evaluation on my condition. Instead of accommodating my appointment, I was given no choice but to reschedule. There is no respect for the patients schedule. Would think twice before scheduling with these guys.

My first experience with this optician was having them measure my son for his eye PD distance. I did a measurement at home and I thought to also a professional one which I expected them to either match or tell me mine was wrong. Turns out, the one I did at home was more accurate. This was figured out after I shared my results . They weren’t even ashamed. They just called me a good mom …….. cancelled their measurement….used mine and still charged me $40. My following experiences were really just awful. From
Contacts to glasses $500 spent and still no comfortable eye wear.
Anyway, I had a far better experience at WINK eye care boutique. If you end with issues. It’s not you. It’s them. This a money spinner for them. You as the patient. Just another data point. Go to another eye boutique that’s not a chain. You will get better service.
