Worst drive through ever! Impossible to get to it unless you are lost at least one time making circles over and i er again until getting stuck on narrow around streets withheavy traffic. They don't have no land signs nothing. After being miserable for 20 plus minutes to find the way to get to mysterious drive through I had to lwt my gf step out of my car to walk up to them and make deposit. They refused it although we could not get to them by car. Customer service is as miserable as their drive through.

Highly Recommended don't go that location ., They always don't have change . When they do transactions take 30mins .. trust me . It not bank it's the people of that location

I couldn't believe that this bank has such poor reviews. I have used this bank and this branch for many years. All of the tellers, managers, and assistants have gone out of their way to see that my needs were met. Recently, I needed to reorder checks. I called the bank, they asked me a few security questions, and poof, my checks were ordered. I have been using the drive in window during the Covid virus. The tellers are all kind and wearing masks. I drive in and do my banking, and out I go! I have had the unfortunate experience of having my bank card scanned at atm machines and money falsely taken out of my account-$900. The managers and the bank changed my account and filed the proper papers for me to get my money returned to me. It was quite a scare and very upsetting, but the bank professionals had everything under control. So, I have only good things to say about M & T bank and this branch in particular. So, I hope you will feel comfortable in giving them a try!

If you are a business you better have an account number. They are unable to look up your account any otherwise. I have a business line of credit with M & T that I have not used in 6 years and I could not find my account number and they were not able to help me find the account. Very frustrating and completely unnecessary in this day in age.

Worst experience in years, extremely unprofessional baranch manager, we arrived 30 minutes before closer today Saturday Dec 21 to renew a CD, we were told to wait until some one is available to help us, 10 minutes before 1:00 we were told tha there is no time to process the CD, when we complained and asked just to move the money to our savings account, my wife and I were asked unpolitely to leavevthe bank, so we left. We have been banking there for many years but I guess we are going to take our business some where else.

Our mortgage was sold to this company in Sept 2017, right when Hurricane Harvey hit in the Houston area where we live. We have had nothing but serious problems with the complete and utter incompetence from each of the low level phone jockeys they employ in their New York offices. We were given contradictory information about making payments that resulted in us being 2 months behind for several months. When I contacted them and told them to listen to a specific date's call (as they're recorded), they said they had it, would listen and get back to me. They never got back to me. Out of perseverance, we got out of two payments behind to one payment behind and struggled along, with continued late fees, with no real help, just continued rude phone call from the auto dialer and apathetic "customer reps." We don't have a choice. if you do, avoid this bank. There are better out there.

A business associate of mine presented my check at an M&T bank for payment. The teller refused to honor the check. I called the main customer service number and was assured that there was nothing wrong with my account and that the branch should have honored the check. I talked to the teller, who said he was trying to protect me. I talked to the branch manager today who said, "We have a lot of fraud in this neighborhood." Did I mention that my associate is a 6' tall muscular African American?
