I am an early retiree somewhat attractive 50 sumtin. This morning I called to inquire about my checking account balance. The Indian? woman on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. This branch does not get enough positive feedback and I just wanted to say That.

I always have the worst bank experience at this location every visit. They all have the worst customer service skills ever. A 5-10 min transaction turns into a 20-25 min transaction. I don’t recommend coming to branch.

I am a customer and visiting this M&T bank on November 3, 2021 because I need a notary for a letter, and also had question on an erroneous monthly service charge. Sadly, I ran into a very rude Indian lady. She not only bad customer and not very smart because she kept telling me about my letter was not correct until I told her the letter was generated by the embassy of Spain, but she also kept lecturing me why I was charged the monthly fee, even when I asked her repeatedly "are we done with this transaction?". She kept running her mouth. I was amazed how such rude people like her working in the bank where there are over 50-100 banks in this area.
