Didn't do the work I paid for. Blade not sharpened, left bolt un-tightened

Tried to bring my yard force push mower in for service. Charged me $97 to take a look at it not even fix it; didn't want to rescrew the bolts back on and then they have the bloody nerve to try to charge me another $230 to fix the mower. Place is a rip off stay away from this place.

I used this service and they charge $97 for the so called inspection. Then they wanted another $320 to fix the mower. Without actually looking for the issue. Refused to screw the nuts and bolts back together. Stay away from this company if yardforce recommends it
