Jennifer White did a superb job! We came to the Mosaic Tile display center several times and worked extensively with her.She was very savvy in identifying designs and product selections, as well as, walking a fine line with my wife and I who have very different ideas for our kitchen! She also made excellent suggestions that would incorporate our views, as we'll create our kitchen. A few years ago, I remodeled a bathroom and went to several tile shops and purchased my tile from Mosaic. When I was bothered by the lack of service at a local bathroom fixture showroom (not a big box store) I realized Moasiac sold everything from the tubs to shower fixtures etc. Damian was the best then, so when I was rmodeling my kitchen this year, I looked to them for my cabinet pulls. I also wanted backsplash tile and as I had custom cabinets with a custom color, finding options was challenging. I went to 4 other tile shops seeking a backsplash tile but found nothing quite right. I then realized I should back to Mosaic and am so glad I did. While I was walking around, Damian found the perfect unique and most gorgeous tile that has now made my kitchen a true wow. Thank you for all your help and 5 stars well deserved. Also a shout out for my awesome contractor-Ovation Renovations and Evans LaCroix custom cabinets

Our small master bath was in dear need of an upgrade. Decided to reach out to Mosaic Home Interiors for guidance, materials and contractor referral. We could not be happier with the results. Ms. Jennifer White looked at the photos, listened to our needs. Upon that information she crafted a nice design, suggested materials, colors, all those suggestions were spot on. Although it is a small bathroom, but it now looks roomier, and is certainly more functional than before. We even gained more storage space. So, thank you so much for your guidance.We are also very impressed with Robert Pavel and his team. They did a wonderful job, stunning tile work, all fixtures fit perfect. They are very detailed oriented, even the things that are out of sight, like the ventilation, were completed with great care. We have used Mosaic Tile twice through our remodeling contractor. The first time was in 2021, in the midst of the pandemic, when we added a new bathroom to our house. I went there to choose our tiles, with a clear idea of what we wanted, and I was in and out quickly. Tiles were delivered in time, and there were no issues.Now (June 2023), we just finished remodeling two full bathrooms, and the experience was terrible. First, we went there ahead of time, before demolition even started, to make sure we had everything we needed in time. Made an initial selection and brought a few samples home to see how they looked in context. Went back a couple of days later to finalize the selection and choose all the little things that go with tiles: thresholds, shelves, grout, etc. When it was time for my contractor to order the tiles, Mosaic had no record of our final selections and the designer who worked with us had no idea about what happened, although I recall him taking notes on a random piece of paper that probably never made it into their computer. To make a long story short, I had to go there again, and start all over again, wasting a good part of a morning. Once everything was ready to go, they still delayed processing the order, and one of the tiles was back ordered despite being labeled as "quick ship". This delayed the installer who was ready to start the work at least a week before the tiles were finally delivered. When the tiles arrived, they forgot to give us the trim for the shower wall in one of the bathrooms. When the last set of tiles was delivered, they forgot again to give us that trim, plus a full box of those tile arrived completely damaged. Last week, work was completed and my contractor took leftover tiles back to the store for credit. However, they did not issue a credit yet for one of the three items that were returned, and they did not issue a credit for the tiles that arrived damaged. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

I recently used Mosaic Home Interiors to help with my bathroom renovation and I couldn't be happier with the results. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs throughout the entire process. They helped me choose the perfect tiles, toilets, finishes, showerheads, faucets, vanities, towel, rods, etc. for both of my bathroom spaces and their attention to detail was impressive. I highly recommend Mosaic for anyone looking for a top-notch company for their bathroom — or any other space. Thank you for the fabulous work!

Very dissapointed by the lack of customer service. Ordered bathroom tile a month ago and received an email a day ago that this item was backordered until May. I don't know why/how I wasn't aware of this information weeks ago. Lousy customer service and will likely not buy from them again.

I've used Mosaic for 5+ years for my full service design clients. Their customer service is unbeatable in the area! I work with Damien at the Rockville location and he always treats me and my clients like family. His knowledge of the materials and products is unparalleled. The folks at the counter are always incredibly helpful, especially over the phone. Mosaic is always my first stop with my clients!

Update - after some back and forth, I was offered and accepted a credit. I appreciate the end result, but you only have one chance to make a first impression for customer service. I purchased cabinets from Mosaic Interiors in November '21 for a full kitchen renovation. The product quality and customer service have been terrible. Once the cabinets were delivered we found countless issues; incorrect cabinet sizes on two large pantries, damaged doors, missing cabinets and frames and unusual number of modifications required to make them fit. Mosaic staff have not taken responsibility or worked proactively to resolve these issues (we have been waiting 3 weeks now) nor have they stood behind their product. We have repeatedly asked for resolution and a timeline to fix these issues, and the disrespect and lack of customer service has been appalling. They continue to place the burden of fixing the issues on my contractor, who I will have to pay at least an extra week of labor to correct all the issues, reinstall cabinets, remove and dispose of incorrect cabinets, etc. On top of it, I am out of a kitchen, we are 2-3 weeks behind schedule (while I'm paying for storage and other running expenses) and am sitting in a construction zone with no word from Mosaic. Most recently in response to my email asking for compensation and solutions to the delays and problems I was still facing, the manager emailed to say he had "escalated the matter to the corporate office". A week later we still had no reply. After contacting the manager to get a response, the excuse for the delay was that members of the corporate team had been attending a trade show all week. Days later, still no response to my concerns, no compensation to pay the contractor and no updates on the replacement cabinets. The lack of timely and satisfactory communication and resolution is simply disrespectful. I would not recommend working with Mosaic at all. I rarely write reviews like this, but this circumstance has been unlike any other that I or the designer with whom I am working have ever experienced. We expect a few hiccups with any big renovation, but the customer service at Mosaic was not what we should have experienced from the start. I am happy with the cabinets and have now resolved the issue.

We renovated 4 bathrooms, bought all of the materials from Mosiac and everything turned out great. Damien did a great job with the design work. Jake was great in procuring the materials for us. The finished product was better than we imagined. We highly recommend Damien, Jake and the Mosiac team to anyone looking to complete a renovation project. Thank you Mosiac team!

Mosaic tile has been simply amazing, Travis and team go out of their way to help us on our project. Even with shipping delays due to supply chain issues they have done their best to help us pick other options and get what we need to have our project done fast and on time. 10/10 HIGHLY Recommend to buy directly from Mosaic instead of places like Amazon/Big Box stores.

I recently updated the original bathroom in my 1940's home. Made an appointment with Tara and had a very smooth experience. She helped me select tile for the project and was able to recommend substitutions due to supply delays. Thank you Mosaic!!!

We've not had great experiences the two times we visited the store. Both times they didn't have enough staff to assist customers and didn't really show much interest in those that weren't being served. If they had just said something like I'm really sorry, but I'm helping someone else and will be with you as soon as possible, this would have been fine. But instead both times they glanced up from what they were working on and just looked bothered that they were being asked if they could assist us when they were ready. We were very soft spoken and polite, so I'm not sure why they seemed to annoyed/disinterested. Anyway, we've had much better experiences elsewhere.Response to owner:I think you must have responded to the wrong person or you just use a generic response, since the response is unrelated to what we found frustrating? We were not working with a builder. We were frustrated by the in store experience.
