He went above and beyond to help me successfully port my number from Boost Mobile, a process that turned out to be far more complicated than expected. We worked through this for nearly five days, and throughout the entire experience, Wilbur remained patient, persistent, and fully committed to resolving the issue.
He even went as far as allowing me to leave my phone with him while he personally contacted customer service multiple times to obtain the necessary code and ensure everything was properly handled. His dedication and willingness to take ownership of the situation made all the difference.
