I should have read the reviews on this company, completely unacceptable service. They don't inform you if your address is out of their service area. I scheduled a day and time about 3 days out and received an email confirming my details. I called their company after waiting 45 minutes past the start time and then they notify me they couldn't find anyone available. I informed them at least they could do is follow up with people that they can not service them and cancel the appointment or make it to where they can only accept appointments in their service area.
Stay far away from this company as the service is terrible, make sure to read these reviews.

Horrific customer service. The technicians as they call them are random people with no experience. They will immediately try to sell upgrades and the results are no better than a regular $25 car wash. The company doesn’t provide any type of resolution if you are dissatisfied with the work. It’s up to the technician to solve the problem so they can decide to do nothing. Stay away!

I do not recommend this company at all. If I could leave a review with no stars, I would. I scheduled an appointment for a particular day that I knew I would be home all day. I received no calls from the company and I had to call back multiple times to confirm that someone was still coming. I kept being told that I would receive a call when they were 15 minutes out. That call never came. I finally received a call the following day asking if I was available. I told him that I wasn’t and wanted to cancel, and the gentleman said “perfect” and hung up. I have already found another company who hopefully have better customer service.

The work was good. It took about 3 hours. However, on the website states they use their own power source and water. That's not true. I have yet to receive a reciept for my payment.

Do not have anything to do with this company. The cleaning guy came and tried to charge me $800 to clean the car and did not speak any English. He then said if I pay $300 he will do a “not perfect job.” All translated on his phone. He then tried to charge me $80 for gas. I second all the bad reviews on here. I should’ve trusted my gut and gone somewhere else.Service: Auto detailing

I scheduled an appointment over the phone, and on the day of my appointment, nobody calls or shows up. I have to call them to find out where the technician is, and they have to call me back. When they call back, they tell me that nobody wanted to take my appointment, because the package that I selected wasn't expensive enough (Interior Detail $160). This is a package that THEY offer on their website at pricing that THEY set. I didn't argue, hassle, or negotiate, I simply selected the package that is available online. After completely blowing off my appointment, they offered for me to select a more expensive package "to see if anyone wants to take it".

Andres did an excellent job on my car and came on short notice. My car was a mess and it looks brand new on the inside. I was upfront and told them how bad it was and I think that made the difference because they knew what to expect. I would recommend and ask if Andres is available. Do not recommend. Stay away from this place. They are a scam. Horrible management. Horrible job, did not clean everything in the interior. They do half jobs, mickey mouse jobs.Victor showed up 2 hrs 30 mins late to appt. Immediately he was trying to upsell and add all these extra cleaning that my car did not need. 30mins in he calls and tries to add shampoo for the carpet for an extra $80. I said no, that I didn't need it and to stick to what we had agreed on. After inspection I realized that he did not clean any of the glass, all interior windows are dirty. Did not clean windshield, rear view mirror. He also failed to clean the mid console compartment. I Immediately contacted the company and they are a scam company claiming that they can't do anything about it because Victor is an independent contractor. Horrible management. Horrible customer service. Horrible service. Never consulting their services again.Service: Auto detailing
