STOP GOING TO DEPARTMENT/MALL STORES! Why would you go there when you can come here, support local business, and meet the best people? I LOVE this shop. The associates are the nicest, kindest most knowledgeable people ever. If you love your skin, and want the best of the best; this shop has everything you need. They genuinely care about you and your skin health. Want a facial? Get the most divine Japanese style facial RIGHT HERE!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this shop. I stopped in on a whim, and am now a lifetime customer!!

see 6 months I started using this products for facial care. Note the difference is incredible, very good. It is worth it if you apply it as a daily routine, you will see the result in the first week day and night cream. The serum. It's very good.. ❤️❤️

This is one of the primary stores of this product. It has all the newest products and some. I was greeted and treated very well and respectfully. I would recommend peeking and possibly trying this excellent skin product.

The ladies here are lovely, helpful, and are happy to demonstrate the product. They are focused on customer satisfaction and quality service and are not too pushy - although they do know their stuff and will make recommendations. I'm not a big consumer of beauty product (high end or otherwise) and really wasn't sure what I needed/wanted but came away set up for sucess with my new skin and make-up regimen. I have to say I LOVE this product (Shiseido) and am a convert. While it is expensive, I'm using less product with better results. There is plenty of parking, but it can get a little tight on the weekends and evenings when the adjoining businesses are busier.

They just stare at my wife the whole time she is ever in the store. Just behind the counter always staring. Never asking for help or anything else but stares. If this was a language problem we both would understand but instead they just sit and watch like a eagle as you browse the small store. This makes my wife so uncomfortable she cant purchase anything and just leaves.

Four of my friends and my twin sister had a wonderful time at Saturday's annual event! We had our makeup done, bought new items, and they all got to look around; ask questions about the products without being rushed:) (it was their first time) We loved it! Everyone was so welcoming and professional:)

My mom and sister went in yesterday and got their facial and fabulous Shiseido products. I just received the most amazing facial and got introduced to the new Ultamune concentrate and my skin feels amazing. The staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable about the products and how to use them. Id recommend getting all my Shiseido products here! Thanks again, my skin feels amd looks amazing!

Plentiful parking in the shared strip lot. Miya points system doesn't expire. Inventory has some branching out with hair accessories and such, probably to fill up the extra space in the store. Testers by the register, friendly and reasonably attentive service. No luck finding the Ma Cherie line here. Sample gift bags aren't available until you break $70 purchase minimum, but the counter girl definitely knew her product lines, which by default results in better customer service than I can attribute to other Shiseido vendors I've visited.

Miya carries the typical US Shiseido line, as well as some of the Japanese lines - Benefique, Elixir Superior, Qiora, plus Cle de Peau and Tsubaki (no Ma Cherie though). None of the Japanese make-up is carried. There's also a variety of other hair care, lashes, etc. Staff was friendly enough. If you are looking for something specific, I would come here, but if you need something from the US line, there's no need.

This place is fantastic...if you speak Korean. I came here with my mother and the woman at the counter was extremely helpful to us. She recommended specific products for each of our skin types and let us sample any product we wished. At department stores, the saleswomen have to help everyone (any age, any race, any skin type) and don't seem to know the little details about Asian skin (even at the Shiseido counters). At Miya, the saleswoman was very knowledgeable and the store carried a very wide variety of products! I found exactly what I was looking for, at reasonable prices too.
