Homeless people outside the building. Dog poop/pee in the building. Fire alarm going off at random times of the night. People smoking in the stairwells. The gym has broken bikes. Only positive is it's convenient to 270.

I can't say enough positive things about this community and staff. Chris, Giselle, and team go above and beyond for their residents. From their warm attitudes and the cleanliness of the property, to the events they host for residents, you can tell they really care. Absolutely recommend this building!

Don’t move here, they’re untrustworthy and extremely predatory( they make it extremely difficult to get your application deposit back) Also if your POC avoid this place at all cost they’re racist.
