Didn't mention that a prescription was required in order to administer an injection. Booked an appointment for me anyway. Wasted my valuable time and energy.

Went there with all symptoms of flu. After being asked same questions for at least 5 times the provider gave me a covid 19 test which came negative. I asked if she could prescribe me Tamiflu, she laughed and dismissed it, saying that Tamiflu is for flu, and now is not a flu season. So I was let go and advised to take vitamin C and cough syrup. The next day I went to another clinic where a proper flu test was done and came positive. Guess what they prescribed me? Tamiflu! Laugh now ms. Smart Pants.

For a first experience with the Minute Clinic, I didn’t have any expectations and just needed to be seen right away for my illness. I found that I was pleasantly surprised from my experience. From the cleanliness and spacious space to the excellent service I received. As a healthcare worker, I appreciated how thorough Janie, the NP, was with her care. She took her time with me and addressed all my concerns. I’ll be telling all my family about this!

Was sitting waiting for an hour to get my kids flu shots. Had to knock on the door to ask nurse what the deal was. She said she called out names multiple times and we should of waited in the minute clinic area. I was. She disagreed with me and cancelled my appointment. Terrible service AND called me a liar. DO NOT COME HERE. I hope CVS responds here as I never got a response fr them in the store itself.

Minute clinic was not there for me when I needed them the most. I had an appointment to be seen at a certain time. I waited for about 2.5 hours before I decided to leave, still sick, still feeling unwell, and still requiring care. I had to go spend significantly more money at a specialist to be seen for my care as minute clinic had not seen me.When speaking to the nurse practitioner working that day (Cynthia Broadnax, NP), she mentioned she was running behind as the main provider was a no show that day. I asked to go lay in my car, and be called when it was my turn as I was not feeling well, and she spoke rudely back, stating “you need to stop interrupting, I don’t even know who you are”. When attempting to give her my information, she asked for me to sit down and wait my turn. She never followed up to get my information. After 2.5 hours, I left, still sick.Axel the manager of the CVS store was sympathetic, and mentioned to leave a complaint on the minute clinic customer service site, which I did.. twice. I left a complaint, and called a second time to follow up one week later (as I had heard nothing), and the lady mentioned my complaint was submitted but not “routed” correctly, so it wasn’t even seen by the correct people. She mentioned she has sent it to the right department… so we will see if anything comes from it.Awful experience at the CVS minute clinic at 7955 Tuckermann Lane (Cabin John Village)

If I could give more stars I would. I LOVE THIS CLINIC. Convenient times, so easy to make an apt online, short wait time, clean, friendly, GREAT SERVICE. I saw Alicia and she REALLY listens, the best follow up I've ever had with with any physicians- she called me multiple times to check in and change my antibiotics which were not working well for me. She is fantastic in every way. Thankful for this clinic because getting a doctors apt can be so difficult, especially with Covid. I would still be in pain waiting for availability at a doctors appointment if I couldn't come here.

Very good experience being seen during the COVID-19 pandemic. I get several sinus infections a year and started getting the usual symptoms. Of course, it was a Sunday once they became unbearable, so my primary care doctor was closed. I tried Minute Clinic because it got better reviews than the other urgent care near me.The PA took me promptly for my appointment (you wait in your car and they will call when it's your turn). She did an exam and confirmed my suspicions - sinus infection. She called in my prescription and I was home with meds within the hour. I will have no hesitation to use Minute Clinic again if I need quick care in a pinch.

Signed in at the Kiosk, was over 10 minutes early. Waited 40 minutes, received an email that my appointment was canceled. No one around to ask. Left disappointed and such a waste of time. Will never go back.

I have been to this minute clinic 2-4 times now and the experience has always been good. The staff are nice and knowledgable. The answer all my questions. I even got offered a flu shot the last time I was there and I didn't turn it down.

The nurse, Nicole, was awesome. However I think minute clinic needs to either have to nurses working or give more time for appointments. I felt bad for Nicole, the computer where you register for appointments was double booking people and it was just a little mess.... however Nicole handled it very professional. MinuteClinic is lucky to have someone like Nicole working for them!

I didn’t know you can now make an appointment for a specific time! That was just great, and along with friendly, professional and efficient service this morning, I am 100% happy with my experience.

Always a ridiculous wait....if your going to offer this service, staff it appropriately. Clearly you dont understand supply and demand...why is there always a wait hours long that gets extended?

Once in, the visit was quick and thorough. The Saturday wait times were long and not estimated correctly. Screen stated and hour, we waited 2.5 and it took 3 to get out of there. Doc was apologetic, but it was a long, unexpected wait. Pharmacy rusher the meds and helped to save us money after to try and move us.

This is a 57 min clinic!! Not a minute!! Wait time for walk in is an hour. Walked in thinking will be seen fast. Issue is they allow online appointment it seems. Defeats the purpose.
