Mill End Shops Custom Curtains offers an impressive selection of high-quality curtains and drapes. The fabrics are luxurious and durable, catering to various styles. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, providing excellent customer service.
Although prices are on the higher side, the quality and service justify the cost.
Highly recommended for anyone looking to enhance their home decor.

Fantastically done unique project of creating new pillow cushions for sectional sofa set, using previously hung “drapery” fabric fom my living and dining room windows!! Perfect duplication of size and fit, with our collaborating on a “new velcro attachment” approach for affixing cushions to sectional pieces!! Could not be more pleased with the craftsmanship, the highly reasonable pricing, and getting the entire project done (all twelve pieces) two days ahead of deadline date!! Absolutely perfectly done!!!

High praise for Mill End Shops. The quality of the blinds is excellent. Service was friendly and helpful and the price was great. I look forward to working with them again. Elliot, the owner, even called back the day after installation to make sure everything was satisfactory.

Shop owners were helpful and fairly knowledgeable. The installer, though I was told he was very experienced, hung drapes at slightly differing lengths. Drapes need steaming again as folds and wrinkles are still visible

My experience with Mill End Shops was excellent from the first phone call to the final deliveries. First, the Design Consultant called immediately after I had posted an inquiry to ask about my needs, and set an appointment for the next day. After I sent photos of what I had currently and described what I wanted, she brought possible samples that were perfect. We had decided on fabric for a sofa and chairs within 30 minutes! Mill End schedules pickups only when fabric has arrived and they are ready to do the job, so there is a minimum of wait. I had the Design Consultant return a week later to develop possibilities to recover a leather sofa--same wonderful experience, and a decision was made immediately. The Mill End staff all were friendly, professional, and concerned about my wishes. At one point, the Manager telephoned personally to reschedule a pickup date. The staff who picked up and delivered the furniture were careful, professional, and knew what they were doing. There is nothing that I would question or change aboutMill End's service. There is no doubt that I would use Mill End Shops again!!

Elliott welcomed and greeted us when we came into the store. He listened careful to what we wanted for new upholstery for 6 kitchen chairs. He took time, helped us review samples and explained any comments or questions we had. After we made the selection they took reasonable amount of time to upholster the chairs. They were picked up and delivered. The chairs look great. We are very pleased and would recommend this business to others.

Mill End treated my antique oak rockers as lovingly as I do when I had them reupholstered for the first time in 100+ years. They are beautiful and retain their heritage with a fresh update. Very happy with the wide upholstery selection, superb customer service, and excellent craftsmanship. This is a family business since the 1930s. My mother used them in the '60s or '70s. Can't recommend highly enough!

I am pleased to recommend Elliott and his fine staff not only without reservation but with enthusiasm. His team beautifully reupholstered a 19th century sofa for me. One minor issue arose, which Elliott personally addressed immediately and completely to my satisfaction. You won't go wrong with Mill End.

My furniture turned out beautifully. I was happy with Svetlana my sales advisor. She was very patient with me while i was trying to make up my mind. There was a delay due to the upholsterer having to leave the country. But all in all i am very happy with the finished product.

My husband and I had a small upholstery project -- recovering the seats of three bar stools -- and had trouble finding anyone close by to help us. Mill End Shops have several locations and we ended up choosing the Rockville site. Elliot, the owner, was very courteous and helpful when I talked with him, and he continued to provide us with excellent service until the job was completed. He replaced the foam and helped us pick out a durable and pretty fabric for all three of our chairs. We are very satisfied and highly recommend his shop! JPerin
