Jin Jung provided excellent customer service. By the end I knew I had a great deal on my new tires and other services that I needed on my vehicle.
My car drives so smoothly now and I feel reassured driving with my two little ones. I’d definitely recommend their services.

Stopped into NTB today needing a tire desperately. Jin was very professional and was able to find a tire that would work best for my car. Jin also gave me some helpful tips in the future when I’m ready to have all of my tires replaced . I’m grateful for the outstanding customer service I receive from Jin. I will definitely be back for any other additional battery and tire services.

I want to give a big shoutout to NTB Randolph for their exceptional service! Chuck, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. He was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I’m very impressed with the level of care and attention to detail. I'll give it 2 stars. It was open on a Sunday.
Came to get one tire replaced. I normally go to a tire shop to have them swap out my old tire with the new and I'd take it home to install the wheel myself, but this was an emergency.
I will say he did at least torqued it very close to the OEM specs. However my rim are scuffed up.. can't say I'm thrill about that.

I had an exceptional experience with Jinwoo today! I had a blowout recently which necessitated the replacement of all four tires. Jinwoo's positive demeanor and professionalism made the entire experience enjoyable. He took the time to walk me through various tire options, explaining the benefits of each one based on my driving habits and budget. His recommendations were incredibly insightful, and I can already feel the difference in my car's performance.
After helping me with my tire selection, he then expertly mounted, balanced, and rotated my tires, and completed an alignment. Beyond his technical skills, Jinwoo’s customer service was outstanding. He was friendly, approachable, and patiently answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. I left feeling well-informed and confident that I’d made the right decisions.
If you’re looking for a knowledgeable and personable mechanic who genuinely cares about his customers, Jinwoo is the one to go to. 10 out of 10 Highly recommended!!!

Excellent customer service! Needed a replacement tire because I rolled over a nail. Bummer. I called in advance because I didn’t have an appointment and they saw me the same day (Monday). Unfortunately my tire was not in stock but they ordered it immediately and said they would call the moment it arrived (2 days later). I knew I was going out of town on Tuesday and they offered to reschedule the appointment for when I got back. They even offered for me to leave my vehicle with them on Monday evening so they could do the work the moment the tire came in. They gave me a lot of options which I appreciate. The service was phenomenal. Great team at this location!

These guys are fantastic !! I have a Porsche Macan and a Porsche 911… they have done work on both and I couldn’t be happier !! They are professional and courteous … Jin was fantastic dealing with my battery issues, he went above and beyond !! So please trust these guys with your cars , you won’t be disappointed !!!!

Wow, what great service!! I stopped by to have my tires checked before a long road trip, and I’m so glad I did! Chuck took the time to inspect each tire, providing me with an assessment and an estimate for new ones. I was really impressed by the exceptional customer service and competitive pricing (I had compared several other shops!).
When I returned for the service, Emil assisted me and pointed out a few additional items that needed attention. I had plenty of questions, and he patiently explained everything.
Overall, I was very impressed with the knowledge of the staff, the quick service, and the great prices. I’ll definitely be returning for future needs!
