If possible to give this store zero stars, I would. The Manager Solomon as he claimed to be, was very rude and unprofessional. I walked in the store and saw 3 employees assisting customers and notified them that I needed help with looking for 2 suits. I browsed around for about 15 minutes on my own and by then 2-3 other customers had entered. Before I was helped, the 2 customers that came in AFTER me started getting assistance and not one person came up to me to help me out or ask for assistance. When I told this to the manager and asked if they keep track of who came in when and make it a priority to get to customers quickly, he simply said they are under staffed and did not apologize once. Had a very rude attitude and after spending HALF an HOUR at this place and not getting assistance I decided to move to another Mens Warehouse and get assistance perfectly fine. All staff here suck and are very rude and unprofessional.

I believe I was very unlucky today. Maybe the worst salesperson or a very bad day for him, nothing that justifies treating me the way he was treated. If you have a tight budget and ask for promotions, expect to be treated like trash by the salesperson. If you are an immigrant, a service member and are accompanied by your fiancee at the time of purchase, expect bonus points for humiliation and neglect.Ps: I'm not a Karen, I never leave a review for anything, and I prefer to pay a nice tip when the service is exceptional. but today, especially because my fiancée was with me, I felt like a cockroach in this place.I hope the staff member reads this and does better with other customers. It's not because I'm poorly dressed or dirty after a day of work that my money is worth less.

There a re three guys that work here. Matthew, is fantastic. Gets you measured. Will recommend a fit for you. Help make adjusts and also keeps the process stress free. The guy has a great sense od style.There's another guy whose name I didn't get. Middle Eastern or Indian. Always wears dope suits. I would highly recommend his as well. They both go above and beyond to exceed expectations.Only two I would recommend.

The salesperson was great. But the store wants an email address to send the receipt. I specifically and VERY clearly opted out of ALL marketing emails, and watched the salesperson check the opt out field on the screen. Yet the email spam began immediately (see attached). Privacy matters! A company that lies about using your personal information will screw you in many ways. It's complicated and most people don't pay attention - they know that. Since our government won't do anything to stop this kind of abuse, the only thing us poor consumers can do is to refuse to shop at retailers that steal our data.

Super helpful staff helped me get fitted for my groomsman suit. Everything was ready right on time. Return was a breeze. Definitely recommend Men’s Warehouse.

I needed a blazer. They have a good selection at reasonable prices. I selected this location because they're open until 9pm - a full 2 hours longer than the locations closer to DC where I live. The sales associate that assisted me, Matthew, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and was able to help me find a coat that fit me properly.

I rent a tuxedo here every year. Price is reasonable and the service is always top notch. I'm not an especially well dressed man be nature and they never make me feel judged. Honestly, this place exists to help men dress better. It's kind of inspiring. They are friendly and respectful. I recommend.

Very Unprofessional.After expensive alteration cost ( same price as the pant, rework on alteration) this store even dont have a suite cover to provide instead insisted on purchase a new one for $40. Didnt expect of such a big store running out of suite cover and expecting customer take suite set out without that cover!If running out of basic supply have alternative ready!

Going to a best friends black tie wedding and my tux was not ready and/or missing. Eddy, was absolutely no help and offered no solutions to any problem while also keeping me on hold for over 40 minutes. However, Solomon made up for it completely and honorably by giving me a tuxedo and hemming it in just a few minutes. I may still be late to some of the function but life happens and they made the best out of a bad situation.

I came in between a wedding and a reception to grab a belt because I forgot it and the dude was telling me to buy the $60 one when I wanted the $25 one.He said I should pay for the convenience of having a store open when I needed it.Get over yourself bro.

Manipulative, Poor experience. I initially ordered a tux rental for my wedding on 8/25. I paid $255. Now I can be last minute with several things and my event was scheduled for 9/6. With only 11 days remaining I was prepared mentally for a mistake and their not being enough time to re order and fix said mistake. I received and email on 9/2 stating my tux was ready for pick up. When I arrived, we noticed that the wrong jacket was ordered. I was not happy with the jacket but it wasn’t the end of the world. The representative I worked with assured me that they could re order the correct coat and it would be there the following Tuesday. I was not optimistic of this due to the Labor Day weekend, but took his word for it. The representative asked me if I would like to take home parts of the suit rental that were correct and just come back for the jacket. I hesitated and before I could answer ANOTHER Representative strongly suggested I just leave everything at the store. I agreed and left the location.Tuesday comes and around 3pm I still had not received the email stating my new rental was ready. With the event being the next day, I decided the correct jacket wasn’t a big deal and I would just have to settle for what was ordered. When I arrived I worked with team members I haven’t seen before. The first representative was extremely nonchalant and quite frankly rude. He told me the tux was “scanned out” to me and suggested several times I was lying about leaving the rental in the store. I kept my composure and assured him to keep looking. Eventually they found it, because of course I was telling the truth. When it came time to check out they told me they “weren’t sure what the previous representative did” but there was a balance owed on the tux of 239.99. I showed them the receipts I did have in my email but they kept insisting I was issued a refund. At this point my family was frustrated and ready to go home. As I expressed my frustration as calmly as possible the manager on duty ( who was also the one who incorrectly ordered my suit from the beginning) initially offered me the rental at half off, I again told him no and then he marked the rental down to “$0”. I shook his hand and said thank you and left. Expecting to receive the full refund. I never received a thing. So in the end I just paid full price for the incorrect suit and they tried to get me to pay DOUBLE and had me leaving the store as if they did me some big favor. I work retail and I’m big on experience. My friends and Family won’t be doing business at this location.
