I would provide 0 stars if that were an option. I dropped off a package at this location, did not have it scanned by the employee and was told I did not need a receipt because I had the tracking number. Then when the package was not delivered when it was supposed to be, I contact the store to find out it was never picked up and they just let it sit there! For an "authorized FedEx shipping center" you would think they would want to make sure the packages entrusted to them are actually delivered in a timely manner and correctly. But when I reached out to the owner directly, he basically told me "oh well" and that it was not their fault but the fault of the carrier. I will never return and would never recommend this business to anyone trying to ship a package! Save yourself the money and headache!

UNRELIABLE! Dropped a pre-labeled FedEx overnight package with them. Was told it would arrive at the destination by 10:30 next morning. It never went out. I came back the next morning, and it was still sitting there. The owner was very apologetic, but unfortunately I can never use them again. There are plenty of better, more reliable options in this area. Use them instead.

There are so many services I look to Media services for their help. Every other week I find myself going for shipping, printing and shredding. Thank you to the new owner and team at MGL!

I would give no stars if I could. I dropped off a package. The person behind the desk was too lazy to provide me with a receipt, saying the tracking number off the package should suffice. Well somehow my package was never picked up, when I asked the person behind the desk they actually told me I should have gotten a receipt. Are you kidding. Then they asked if I was sure I used their drop off location. Well I never did again ---- update I received relentless emails from the "owner" asking for the tracking number to address the issue of the package they lost. It was so sad because I received a "god bless you" which is a veiled curse. So sad. I continued to tell the person contacting me the issue was the lost package, the accusation that I didn't use their service because I didn't have a receipt proving it, ( yet they refused to provide me a receipt at the time I used the service), sending me to another drop center stating they take packages else where. Never once did they accept responsibility. They kept saying what's the tracking number. The tracking number was never the issue. Their follow up was as bad as the service itself. I will never go back.

I have been working with them for years and they are a great support for all small business needs. A friendly and family owned it is exactly the kind of people I like to work with! Recently they have changed ownership and the new owners have made a ton of positive changes as well as offering a ton of new services. I would recommend dropping in.

Just stopped at PostNet and, yet again, they aren't open. This is the fourth time in six months and this time they're more than 30 minutes late in opening. I see no reason to ever try again.

I created a yelp account because I wanted people to know how impressed I am with PostNet! The staff were extremely kind and helpful to me! I really appreciated it. I recently moved from Oklahoma to DC, my aunt shipped me a lot of my things to PostNet in Rockville because it was the closest location to me, also, I wanted the boxes to be held at the location (instead of delivered to my house..for safety reasons). The boxes arrived early during the week but I couldn't pick them up until the weekend because of work. I called PostNet in MD and asked if that was alright, if the boxes waited until I could rent a car and come up the next Saturday (I was planning on an IKEA trip anyways). The staff member I spoke with said it was fine (phew, I was relieved, I just started a new job and didn't want to take work off to come pick up the boxes). On Saturday the rental car place took 2 hours to give me my car (that I had already reserved, thanks a lot Hertz, they need more staff there). While I was stressing about how long getting the car was taking I called Postnet and said that I was planning on coming before 2 pm (that's when they close on Sat.) to let them know. The guy I spoke with even offered to stay a few minutes after 2pm if I was running late, I thought that was so nice of him! I ended up making it to the store 5 minutes to 2 pm (phew!). They had already placed all 8 of my boxes (sorry it was so many!!) out for me! They were very kind, I was glad that I made it and didn't waste the trip. I wish Postnet would open a location in DC! I will remember their helpful customer service for sure!

Super friendly. Always try to drop my packages off here so they can earn whatever they get from UPS for those. They also wont charge you $1 for a piece of tape like the UPS Store in Olney will!

I've been a customer now for two or three years, and have been delighted the whole time. We use PostNet for Private Mailbox Service, to get 24 hour access to our small business's mail and to have someone available to sign for deliveries when we're not in our home-based office. Brian goes the extra mile, sometimes even calling when we receive items he knows are important to us. I've never heard the man say no tor a reasonable favor or request. Recently I asked about pricing on business cards, and got more than that: Brian offered some excellent design advice about a printing feature that will improve our look a lot. I am really glad he's around to support our needs.

I mostly use this place to return mailorder items with prepaid labels. I like the neighborly feel of it, and the owner always seems happy to print a receipt or give me a label-cover if I need it. Hope this place stays around for a long time. I find the USPS stores not very nice places: gruff service, hard sell these days, long waits.

Brian and the crew at Postnet are awesome. Anytime I need anything done, he is on it! I noticed that other people commented on the pricing but I have not had that experience at all - quite the opposite to be honest (I do not do much shipping there though admittedly, mostly printing and copying). I go there because of their customer service. I will not go anywhere else at this point. I dislike post offices and other chain copy locations and really like the individualized service I get at Postnet in Rockville. I recommend this location to friends and colleagues all the time and will continue to do so!

Brian has always been a smiling face and an eager, helping hand with solutions to my mailing, shipping and printing needs. PostNet's location is extremely convenient for those in Flower Valley and Manor Woods. It's fairly simple to justify In the days of $4/gal. gas, saving the schlep to the RV P.O. at Shady Grove or Washington St., the parking hassles, waiting in lines, time, etc. A few more bucks...maybe, but he knows your name, your business and your needs in short order. Git-R-Done Brian!

Not thrilled about being charged 50% more than the post office would charge to ship the same thing. Next time, I'll go the extra mile to the post office. Shipping a box with a pre-printed UPS label was easy as could be, though, and I will go back for that. Just not for any other of the "amenities".
