Cafe seems to be closed permanently as of December 2023. I went by today (Saturday, Jan. 6) and there was a sign explaining that it would no longer be open.

Delicious coffee here, including dolce du Leche. They have 2 pound and 5 pound bags for those who really like it as well as Chia seeds shirts, hats, etc. It’s only open for several hours each weekend.

I exclusively buy Mayorga coffee because I love their coffee and I like supporting local businesses. I buy the two pound Organic Roastmaster's Blend bags at Costco that is excellent coffee for an excellent price! Now they are selling a new Inca Blend which is also excellent.

My whole life I have wished coffee tasted as good as it smelled and that I could drink it black (saving on calories and all that good stuff), I finally found it with Mayorga Organics Cafe’ Cubano. Look at me at 60 finally a coffee I really like.

Your Cuban coffee is my most favorite coffee in the entire world!! I'm a super coffee snob and don't take that claim lightly! It's so rich, dark, and best of all SMOOTH. I love that your coffee is never bitter. I've tried many other of your roasts and love them all (but your Cuban roast has captured my heart). Thanks for supplying such amazing coffee.

Their coffee is so good!!! My favorite is the Cubano Roast, but I also love the decaf Cafe Cubano if I want another coffee later in the day. I started to drink only black coffee because of Intermittent Fasting, and now it's easy to distinguish great coffee, like Mayorga, from not-so-great coffee. Their coffee is so smooth and has a wonderful flavor. Definitely try it! You won't be disappointed! If you are in the area, their outdoor pickup service makes it so easy to grab a fresh new supply quickly and easily. The locker system is awesome! Great business to support!

Each of us could probably recall examples of bad customer service, here's an example of superior customer service from Mayorga. Due to Covid, there is no on-premises enjoyment at this Mayorga facility. No retail, for example, but they have this high-tech awesome locker that dispenses your coffee order using a QR code they email to customers. I ordered coffee online via the Mayorga website, to be delivered via mail/UPS. When it arrived, I found that I had clicked the wrong button and ordered my coffee in whole bean form rather than the drip-ground I wanted. (Yes, I know, coffee aficionados prefer fresh ground every morning...). I called Mayorga customer service to arrange for me to drop off my errant bag and pick up a bag of ground coffee. The lovely representative (go Wendy!!) said that due to Covid, they are not taking back any coffee that leaves their facility. They will send me an email with a QR code so I can retrieve a new bag from their locker system. No charge. Give the bag of coffee to a friend or to a food bank, says Wendy. Wow! I was floored! I so appreciate good customer service, and appreciate businesses that serve their customers rather than figuring out ways to screw the customer (airlines, are you listening?).
