Wonderful service by Rose and Manoush. My girlfriend and I stopped in to look at mattresses for our guest room. We were shown options in our price range and we didn't feel pressured or stressed out. Rose understood what we were looking for and showed us exactly that. We ended up buying a queen Sealy mattress and are very pleased with the experience from start to finish.

I was in need of a new mattress, not having bought a new one in about 15 years. The thought of doing so seemed like it would be one step less painful than going to the dentist. I was fortunate to have gone to the store near where I live and have Mahnoush, store manager, as my sales rep.Mahnoush knew everything there was to know about mattresses, including every brand in the showroom. She was patient, friendly, and never tired of answering my many questions.After my third visit to the store, I decided it was time to test some of the models she showed me. I wasn't able to make a decision then, so went back a fourth time to try the three again, plus three more she showed me that sold for about 1/3 less than the first three.After another almost two hours, I decided on a mattress - the more expensive model. The entire time Mahnoush was patient and helpful, then left me alone to test each one a last time.I can't say enough good things about her and the service she provided. I did go to one other competitor during this process but didn't stay very long - there was no comparison in the store itself or the sales rep.Bottom line - if you are looking for a new mattress, you won't do better than going to this store and meeting Mahnoush.

Rose was delightful to deal with. She patiently explained the differences between the mattresses and encouraged us to take our time coming to a decision. She was courteous, professional, thorough and very pleasant. She made buying our mattress a very pleasant experience.

My partner and I had an exceptional experience at this Mattress Warehouse. The manager, Will, demonstrated deep knowledge of the products and was incredibly friendly and kind. He help us get a great deal that suited our needs perfectly. The entire purchasing process was smooth and efficient. Highly recommend this store, especially if you have the chance to work with Will.
