This store is very organized, there are lot of options to buy clothes, the cashiers is very fast and efficient.

As other reviews stated. Their customer service skills are absolutely horrible! Re-train or hire new/more people!
The staff are not knowledgeable of their policies and they do not listen to the customer. They speak over the customer and do not comprehend well at all!

The prices are reasonable, but the clothes need to be arranged better. It was difficult to find what I was looking for, and they definitely need to increase the cashier staff, A long line at the cashier wasted a lot of time.

It is ok, not great and not the best but ok. Though I had a very bad experience with one of their staff who was very rude, unprofessional, and impolite, yet, I was kind enough to try to abs her anger, I even spoke with her in her language, trying to understand why was she behaving like that! Her answer was "if you don't like it, go complain about me, I don't care"! I was shocked with her answer, but after I spoke with the store manager, I understood why she didn't care if there's a complaint about her, the manager her self didn't do anything except "sorry, I will talk to her"! Wow! What a great customer service and management skills!

Whether it’s Catalina or cataline? I’m not sure but the rude manager who smells. I had gone up to the register and a young employee began to rung me up. She stated the credit card speech and I politely declined and we engaged in small talk. Catalina soon popped up and began to interject the conversation asking if I wanted the card, I politely declined again. One of my items didn’t have a tag and I offered to run back to the floor to get a similar item. Heading back I walk into Catalina berating the employee for not “trying” hard enough to convince me to get the card, once she saw I was approaching she quickly finished up and proceeded to give a death stare to the poor employee. I have family who work retail and understand the the business about the card but this was just unacceptable. She heard me decline, interrupted the conversation and proceeded to berate the employee which is a no no. News flash these credit card have high interest rate and for the predatory and abusive managers like her who feel it’s okay to treat employees like that is beyond vile. If I could call corporate I would. But stay away from this location management is insane and abusive!

I bought shoes from there in August and they are FALLING APART there prices suck and the clothes shoes and other things fall apart NEVER WILL SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!!!!
