Very poor customer service. The front desk staff has an attitude and are not friendly. Seems as the practice is trying to onboard new Nurse Practitioners as fast ad they can and are looking to get people in and out as opposed to providing comprehensive patient care. Definitely look elsewhere.

Terrible service. Avoid this practice if you could. The front desk staff are very rude and impatient. Unfortunately Dr Marshak supports his staff for rudeness. If you point out their poor attitude, Dr Marshak will dismiss you.

Dr, Marshak has provided excellent care to my family for over a decade. He is thorough, reassuring and knowledgeable. I never feel rushed, and have all questions and concerns completely addressed at each visit.

Dr. Marshak is a great doctor, who provides sound judgment, accurate guidance, and abundant medical expertise. He is also a genuinely compassionate human being, who makes it clear to his patients through the questions and answers he provides, and through his manner, that he has true concern for all of his patients. He is always available to answer questions from patients on the patient portal, and he is always very responsive. In addition, his practice keeps great, accurate, and comprehensive medical records totally private, and provides consistent, regular, private reminders to patients regarding all upcoming appointments, and regrading all of his recommendations for any and all new appointments, and follow up activities. His staff is gracious, efficient, courteous, and welcoming, at all times. I highly recommend Dr. Steven Marshak!!!

My boyfriend went to Dr marshack 10 years ago he was his primary care and pain management Dr .he lived in WV he went to his monthly appointment . every thing was fine a guy was discharged there a few months ago and he was my boyfriend ride .the lady at the front desk Saw dude bring my boyfriend there and he got a letter in the mail two days later saying he was dismissed. Which is insane .

Dr Reale and Dr Marshak are outstanding doctors and very personable. They always have time and patience to listen to my health issues and are very knowledgeable. I have trusted them both for the last 19 years. They are the best of the best!!!

Such a great practice! Especially Angie and Schywanna at the front desk so friendly. Both Dr. Marshak and Dr. Reale are so great and always are there to help even on their days off which is incredible for a doctor nowadays

Terrible practice. Unethical medical practices happening here - BEWARE. They are judgmental and unhelpful, never pick up the phone, front desk staff are all rude. I will find a new clinic, don’t bother being a patient here.

BEWARE AND AVOID. We called Dr. Marshak's office to make an appointment for Dr. Marshak and waited 3 months to see him. When the appointment was made, the staff did not indicate that they would call prior to the appointment and that our confirmation was needed to keep the appointment. I took time off work, traveled from out of town, and arranged child care so that we can come to this appointment. Dr. Marshak's staff unilaterally cancelled the appointment at 8am on the morning of the appointment without our consent because we did not reply to reminder calls and robo texts sent by the staff. We arrived at the clinic on time and were rudely treated by the front desk. We explained that we did not know we needed to reply to the reminder calls or texts but they did not care. They had no ounce of compassion or care and coldly said "We called you. You didn't pick up". They informed us that the next available appointment was next year 2024. This clinic is clearly overburdened and Dr. Marshak is unable to accept new patients in a reasonable time frame. As a medical doctor myself, I am appalled and deeply saddened by the lack of professionalism displayed by Dr. Marshak's staff. After turning us away, the staff then greeted the next patient, a white male, in a cheerful tone and with a smile. I am not surprised by the other patient reviews that noted similar interactions and racism. Aside from this ridiculous cancellation policy which is not on their website or clearly stated anywhere, the lack of care and empathy from the staff is an embarrassment to the medical community.

Very kind and patient people. Dr. Reale is the best!! Christian the NP is amazing. Dr. Marshak, is very patient with his patients and listens to them. I definitely recommend coming here!

Excellent Doctor and fantastic take care. My doctor listens entirely one by one ( no rush) and responds appropriately, giving clear options and checking the body thoroughly as every patient deserves/ wants. The overall rating is 4 but only for my doctor, my rating is 5 out of 4.
