Terrible. I put in a request for a repair in 2022 and the issue has yet to be resolved, despite numerous follow-ups. If I weren't paying them nearly $500 a month, I could have had it fixed myself by now.
Further, the buildings are in desperate need of power washing, and the window wrapping on several windows is falling off. The exterior windows are also in desperate need of recaulking to prevent pests and water from getting in. A mess

Great company with very professional and attentive employees. In particular, Tracy Moretti, not only works in a timely manner and possesses a wealth of information but she's pleasant, cordial and very professional. She's very dependable and thorough in her daily tasks and will not hesitate to go that extra mile to get the job done correctly! Kudos to all!

MMI has been super helpful since they became the property management for my neighborhood. The team is responsive and helpful. Specifically, Josh has been great to work with as he always goes out of his way to help out and make sure a resolution is achieved.

I have been extremely disappointed in my relationship with Majerlee Management over the past 12 months. My husband and I own a condo in College Park, Maryland that is managed by Majerlee Management. We lost a very good tenant in September 2015 due to a financial issue with the tenant. Majerlee Management did not secure another tenant for us until March 2016. They collected their leasing fee, and after that, we received only one partial rent payment. The tenant they placed in our condo has not paid his rent, and I have had minimal communication with Majerlee Management in terms of how this is going to be resolved. We are approaching the one year mark since our responsible tenant left, and Majerlee Management continues to disappoint us. I would not recommend Majerlee Management as a property management company.

Customer service for MMI is nonexistent. Their communication is terrible and they have zero soft skills for working with people. I had been trying to reach out to them via phone during office hours and it kept saying all representatives are busy, then after a long hold of this, it went to a voicemail. I left a voicemail and never heard back. I had also sent them an email stating that I could not reach anyone via phone. Someone responded with very rude response stating "I'm not sure what number you called, but we always have reps available to talk." When I responded back sending her the exact correct number she told me, her response changed to "oh well, as of last Friday we actually only have 2 reps available." Then why would you send a snarky response to me stating that you always have reps available to speak? Before MMI took over as our HOA, we never had issues with our HOA. These people are power hungry manipulators with no people skills or customer service.

This company runs the HOA for my housing development in Upper Marlboro and I have experienced so many issues with accounting. They either over-charge or under-charge depending on how they feel. I have been charged late fees when nothing is late and then when asked for an explanation no one can give clear reasoning. I cannot wait for this HOA to decide to take their business elsewhere.
