I've been here a few times now and the owner is such a friendly and helpful person. I had some packages to send off and I couldn't find a box for one of them. He was kind in offering to leave the box with him and he would take care of it for me. I even got a shipping notification later that evening. The "more" part of the store is accurate as aside from mailboxes and shipping items, you can play the lottery, use the computer, purchase snacks, greeting cards, and other random retail items.

This guy needs to be fired. He curses at customers, he's disrespectful and lazy. I hope the manager can manage to get this catastrophe out of this store.

Supporting Local Business! Located in North Bethesda-On busy Rockville Pike. I recently visited to drop off a FedEx for Father's Day! Mailboxes & More is a local "old school" business center. Offering UPS & FedEx Drop Off, office supplies & related services. I was provided a drop off confirmation receipt. My FedEx was Delivered Timely the next day. Professional Courteous Customer Service.

I had to get documents verified for a new job and the man working there was so friendly and helpful. He was quick to assist me; I was in and out in 5 minutes. He even asked about my new job which I thought was nice. I’m not sure of the next time I’ll need a similar service, but if I ever need anything I will absolutely come here again.

I am a client of "Mailboxes & More" for over 8 years.This business has several significant advantages, comparing to a Post Office.1. Quick and very accurate service, friendly staff.2. Choice of a carrier (USPS, UPS, Fedex and DHL).3. No lines, open 6 days a week.4. Notary public services.5. Very nice choice of greeting cards.The listed items make a huge difference, would highly recommend "Mailboxes & More" to everyone!

It is a horrible place to do any of your business and personal items-The Owner is rude, has poor listening skills, yells when he is wrong, disputes proved facts and has no accountability for anything. Seems like a petulant child. Do not go there under any circumstances. I had my bank call the Owner/Clerk about a duplicate transaction he put through. At that time, the bank and some customers noted his arrogance, stubbornness, and refusal to return monies he was illegally holding. He did not care that customers were in the store and was yelling uncontrollably-Don't do business there. To the OWNER The transaction YOU put through has duplicate entries- As of 9.23.2020, there are NO Voided actions done from your end. I DON'T care what you have done-the bank says you have NOT sent the Voided item to them at all. Monies have been removed twice (DUPLICATE ENTRIES) WHAT YOU (THE OWNER) NEED TO DO Cancel the duplicate and REFUND the monies You are liable because you used my credit card. CLARIFICATION Holding onto cash that does not belong to you is theft. I gave given you 4 opportunities to fix this-FIX IT Not FIXING IT is SCAMMING AND FRAUD

This place used to be way better than it is now. Back before 2019 they were our choice for shipping and buying stamps. However, during this past July, we had a quite awful experience. This may be a little confusing, so I will try my best to explain. So, in late July, my family headed on vacation to Maine for a month. My mother had forgotten her teeth retainer, so we asked my grandmother to mail it up to her. USPS has a special "Regional Rate" that is offered for customers who have been provided the special "Regional Rate boxes. For where we were sending the package, it would be cheapest and quickest to use Regional Rate. I had already confirmed that the PO Box up in Maine was willing to accept Regional Rate packages, as they always are. My grandmother went to Mailboxes and More with the Regional Rate box, and the item we were mailing. I had explained to my grandmother that the cost should be between 7-9 dollars. When she came into the store and asked to buy the necessary postage, she was told by an employee at Mailboxes and More that the place we were mailing the package to does not accept regional rate packages. Keep in mind that we were mailing the box to a USPS Post Office. It would make no sense why they wouldn't accept a package that arrived in USPS packaging. My grandmother asked again, but the employee was sure that they would not accept the package. So, my grandmother paid them over 19 dollars to mail the package. When it arrived a few days later, I noticed that it had said on the package that Mailboxes and More paid slightly over 7 dollars to mail it, while scamming my grandmother out of 12 dollars. I immediately called up my grandmother to see her receipt to check that I was not mistaken. Sure enough, after tricking my grandmother into spending 19 dollars, the Mailboxes and More store then paid the 7 dollars to mail the item, and made 12 dollars. My grandmother went back to the store to ask for the money she was scammed out of. The store clerk then argued with her for a while, while defending that since Mailboxes and More is a small business, they need to overcharge their customers. It was only when my grandmother said that she would write a bad review on Yelp that she was given the 12 dollars she was scammed back. I, her grandson am writing this review on Google instead. We will never be coming back to Mailboxes and More ever again.

Fantastic customer service! I went in with tons of paperwork I needed printed, copied, and scanned for a new job. Nearly 80 pages in the end. I was set up with a computer and I spent nearly half the day there. They provided all the help I needed. On top of that, the owner gave me a discount due to the volume which made the value incredible. Will definitely return for any future printing/copying/scanning services.
