We had a pleasant experience buying our car insurance from Liberty Mutual. Our agent, Maggie Williams, was outstanding explaining our options so that we could understand the requirements we needed in plain and simple terms. We really felt that we are covered for what we really need here in Pennsylvania. She was easy to talk to and made the complexities of buying insurance simple and straightforward. We trusted what she said and believe we received top notch service and purchased insurance of incredible value. Maggie was friendly and patient answering all our questions in terms we could understand. I would say she gave us the best insurance purchasing experience of our lives. I would call Maggie Williams for all your insurance needs! We do!

For anyone looking for an insurance agent, I highly recommend Magda! She is knowledgeable, attentive & most importantly responsive with my questions & concerns. It's very difficult to navigate through insurance choices, but Magda made the process easy! One stop shop for multiple types of policies is a plus! Thank you Magda!

I am very happy with the service that Magda Williams gives. I have done three policies with her for my daughters son and myself. Every time she has went above and beyond. There was a couple of issues that we had to deal with on my end and she executed everyone of them successfully. She is always respectful, responsible and take the time to make sure your happy with the service that she give. I would highly recommend her 150%.

I personally love the attentiveness of Magda Williams. She not only help me with my policies but went out her way to reprint my policies when I misplaced them. There is one incident that happened which I appreciated and shows how caring Magda Williams is.My life policy was given to another company not only did she help me understand why but she stayed on the phone while I spoke with the other agent and felt comfortable with them even though she was not my agent anymore. Magda Williams is and outstanding agent as well as a caring person.Thanks Kim

Magda is honestly one of the best insurance agents I have ever dealt with. Her calm nature insured me that she wasn't trying to rush me through the process. She also let me know she will be comparing prices and coverages with other companies. That saved me the hassle of making the call around.
