Justin was professional and courteous, as he always is. I like taking my car to this dealership. They do exemplary work on my Lexus. I've never experienced any problems or mishaps with them. I recommend this dealership for service of your Lexus. Justin is great; ask for him. He'll take care of you and your vehicle. The snacks and drinks are a bonus, as well as the tables provided for laptop activities.

I continue to have respect and admiration for the Consistency of Outstanding Customer Experiences that I receive from Service Manager, Ozzie Jones, and the Mechanic(s) who service my Lexus.
What makes the Service Department so unique is their ATTENTION TO DETAIL!!!
I always tell my Sons that it's "the little, insignificant things that MATTER," and have an IMPACT on the people you have the opportunity to interact with in this world.
The Lexus of Rockville Service Department consistently demonstrate "it's the little things" Mindset wonderfully,
Ozzie Jones is the consummate Professional, and he ALWAYS provides me with an exceptional Customer Experience.

My service appointment was wonderful. My Service Advisor Aaron was very courteous and kind. He was very communicative with providing updates. My appointment went smoothly and took much less time than I anticipated. Thank you Aaron and Ourisman Lexus of Rockville for making my first service appointment a breeze! :)
