I contacted Don due to an issue with a small child scratching a vintage leather recliner. I couldn't have been more pleased with the professionalism and knowledge that he exhibited. He has extensive experience and training that is evident when he speaks confidently about the options. Don is honest. He came to see the chair in a timely fashion and did not charge me for his visit and advice despite my offer to compensate him for his time. The chair leather is not reparable, however, we discussed products I might try to further improve the appearance beyond conditioner alone. I really appreciated his advice and would not hesitate to have leather items repaired by him. I studied the beautiful work he has done that is visible on his website from car upholstery to furniture. I recommend him highly.

Donald replaced the leather on a LazyBoy recliner's seat and arms, which were falling apart after 10 years. (I am here to tell you that leather repair patches and tape just do not work.) Donald's work looks professional and perfect, and he did it fast, and his charges were fair. Donald and helpers are also very pleasant to meet.

I couldn’t be happier with the job Leather Clinic did on my 20+ year old reclining sofa. They stripped it down to the frame and replaced the leather and stuffing. I choose a lighter color leather and it has lightened up my living room. The work cost about the same price as a new sofa, but my old frame was still good and I didn’t have to pay someone to haul it to the landfill. Also, my sofa is now all real leather instead of imitation leather, as it was. Thank you Leather Clinic for a wonderful job and a beautiful sofa.

Replaced cushions and cleaned leather on Scan sofa and chairs. I wanted a different filler than was initially provided. Donald called and very quickly replaced them with a different product so I was satisfied. Did great job and i really appreciate his follow up. Definitely recommend!!

I just picked up a leather seat cushion from them. The cushion was worn out and missing a decorative button. They perfectly matched the leather to the rest of the chair, affixed a matching new button and completely re-stuffed the seat. The price was beyond reasonable! The work was excellent. Better than new!
