Bad service. I want to wash with hot water and cold water comes out repeatedly. You ask the employee and they only say that they will tell the boss.

I LOVE IT, I WOULDNT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. GREAT MACHINE, GREAT PRICE! MY CLOTHES COMES OUT NICE AND CLEAN EVERY TIME! ALL THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY HELPFUL, EVEN WHEN I DONT HAVE TIME TO WASH CLOTHES DROP OFF IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE ?

Bad business. Good for the store terrible for the customer. Not only does this store require you purchase a reloadable, the machine you reload the card on does not accept $1 bills. What does that mean? If you're like me and only passing through, and don't have smaller bills, you can only load the card with higher bills. That would be ok if you could retrieve your money back. But guess what? That's right, you can load money ON the card, but back OFF...NO! Even after talking to the attendant. 'Not authorized to return money'. Terrible business for you and I. Were there warnings or signs stating otherwise? Of course not. See pictures. Not the way to do business!

I have never been to a laundromat before my washer broke this past week. I honestly didn't know what to expect. When I came inside I noticed they used a card system to activate the washers and dryers. The friendly attendant walked me through the whole process, which was actually much easier than I thought. She was great! She even helped me fold my clothes for me! I will definitely be back.

This place is great. I accidentally left my cell phone on one of the folding tables and came back an hour later expecting it not to be there. I asked the guy working and come to find out he saw it on the table and quickly scooped it up and held it in the office for me. Way to go!! FIVE STARS!!

One of the machine has problem and told the manager about it. He pulled one of my under armour shirt stuck from the machine and I look at it and it’s ruin. Showed him and he said it’s not ruined and it’s only a creased? As you can see from photo definitely ruin the shirt. came back to him and he really repeat himself showed him again the shirt and repeat himself that it’s only a creased ?. Walk away and said to him how did you become a manager? Please guys let me know about the photo

A typical laundromat, with few remarkable characteristics. Most machines are usually in good working order, and it is reasonably clean as far as laundromats go. Notably, they are listed to close at 10:30 online and 12:00 midnight on the store front, but typically close shortly after 9:00. They need to accurately reflect their hours if they do not stay open until the listed time.

I've been coming here about two years and have never had an issue. There is always a machine available.
