Arrived at the facility at exactly 11 am not realizing they close then. The man walking in-front of me was let in and then through the glass the receptionist screamed out and told me they’re closed and locked the door infront of me.Very unprofessional and rude

Lovely staff, and fast service. I have no idea why they have bad reviews. I’ve been here a few times and have never had an issue.

Visited this health facility for the first time and was shocked at how efficient the staff was. The check in was fast and smooth, front desk staff super friendly at 7 am. The lab techs were calling clients in for service like clockwork, with no waste of time. No, I was not paid to pen this review. This labcorp facility provided an amazing start to my day and I felt compelled to acknowledge and commend their exceptional professionalism and efficiency.Whoever is in charge of this facility should be really proud and should celebrate these workers for what they do and for according so much respect to the people who visit the place.I recommend this lab as an example for all those looking for what exceptional customer service should look like.Amazing, shocking, great first experience!I do not know any of the staff and have never seen any of them but thank them for respecting me, my time, and for providing me with an efficient, unforgettable experience.

Customer service never returned my calls. Left three messages. Once in their office, the entry door squeaked horribly. Imagine how they disregard equipment maintenance inside. And when I politely mentioned it to an employee, they said if they told management they'd "be gone" next day.

The front desk staff needs some serious training. There were 2 women there who were both very rude to me and the patient ahead of me. They gave me 2 separate cost estimates for my lab work and made me sign an acknowledgment. When i asked why 2 separate bills, the receptionist barked at me “it’s how the doctor ordered it!” I of course understand, but I didn’t understand why they didn’t add the 2 costs together and have me sign one acknowledgment. They also make you provide a credit card up front to keep on file. I just hope I’ll get a notification before being charged. 2 stars because the facility looked clean and my phlebotomist (Marie) was nice.

I had the best experience with the front desk individuals and the phlebotomist Sabrina truly made what was a challenging experience for me into a really good start to my day. Highly recommend her for her professionalism and extreme kindness!

Hiba, our phlebotomist was kind and patient with my adult daughter with intellectual disabilities.EVERYONE was cheerful and pleasant. Will def make this our go to.Never ever ever go to west Diamond. Polar opposite.

Great experience. May 2023. Friendly greetings at 7am with no appointment (with doctor paperwork) Check in Kiosk was great.15 person line. Recommend arriving at 645am or 8am but I was out in 35 minutes.

Since zero is not an option they get a one. But you can read that as a negative one. If you like having your blood drawn & like needle sticks you might just get three needle sticks for every time you need your blood drawn. Every time I've been here I've had 2-3 needle sticks. For a bonus of incompetence: And the billing system does not know how to bill for secondary insurance. That also has occurred for multiple visits.

This is by far the BEST experience I have had at LabCorp. Staff is friendly, helpful & efficient. They are problem solvers ( e.g. when orders are not in the system) & always treat patients w respect ( unlike some other lications).

Nope! Don't be fooled by recent positive reviews; this place is a crapshoot. It's inconsistent & unpredictable at best. Sure, signing in electronically is easy, but then comes the *very* long wait until you're called to the front desk. Even though there's a monitor with patient's initials which supposedly represents a queue, they pull people up to the counter at their whim. Then, once you're there, even though you're already in LapCorp's system, they *never* seem to have first checked if your doctor sent in a prescription/blood draw orders. Even when you tell them your doctor sent them in, they claim not to see it (but they haven't even checked!) It's only when you insist they check (mind you while eveyone is listening since it's a small waiting room with the TV either on mute or very low volume) somehow then find it -- I've been to this Lapborp many times, and it's always the same routine. And, it's not just me; as you sit & wait an hour to called back, you hear other patients being subjected to their lack of desire to check for lab orders first. Now, here's the real reason for my one (1) star review: this last time once I got past the front desk gatekeeper shemantics,I got stuck with the WORST phlebotomist I think they've ever employed. He was rude, unpleasant and I suspect, bigoted. He didn't speak, he barked. That alone is reason enough not to go back, but when he couldn't understand the doctor's orders & had to call in a more knowledgeable staffer, she explained that at this location they were unequipped to perform the routine test performed at other Lab(Corp)s -- this location is only able to perform simple blood draws & collect urine, that's it. Save yourself the frustration & lack of patient care this location is still known for & choose another Lab(Corp).

I frequented this LabCorp as a walk-in patient. I was able to quickly sign in on the electronic touchpad. The waiting room felt stuffy, but one of the women at the front desk happily gave me a mask. Even though I was a walk-in patient, I did not have to wait long, there were two people ahead of me when I walked in. My lab technician was excellent, I wish I had remembered to ask his name. I have needle anxiety, but he and I started up a light conversation, and I immediately felt at ease. He was very kind and an excellent stick (I really didn't even feel it, which shocked me!). He deserves all the stars in this review. Thank you to this man.

The work was efficient and quick. The staff was nice and efficient.I am a power wheelchair user. I asked for a wheelchair useable restroom and was told they only have the one. So restroom cannot be turned around in. No area to transfer to the toilet. Sink does not allow to pull under to wash hands. Room has junk in it and you cannot turn your chair around once in the place. None of the doors entering the building or office have buttons all are heavy. About half were wonky in someway and had to be forced

Made an appointment online for this location easily. I am from Baltimore, but this location is right down the street from my work. Walked in and I was the only one in the waiting room so that was nice. Check in was easy on the kiosk. Allan was the one who drew my blood. I told him which arm was the best and he was able to find a vein in one try - which is good for me because I always have issues with getting my blood drawn. The needle did not hurt at all and Allan took the blood seamlessly. He asked if I was ok during the blood draw since he had to take 7 tubes. Overall - great experience because of Allan! 10/10 recommend.

Scheduled my three hour glucose test online, did the self check-in, they took me back on time, front desk was friendly & so we’re the techs- I only wish I would have gotten the names of everyone who worked with me , because they truly deserve to be recognized. Everyone works so hard and didn’t slow down one heart beat as it was crazy busy, I went in on this past Saturday the 3rd, so we can all imagine. Probably the friendliest labcorp I’ve been to in a while!
