Was an awful experience!! Nurse blew out 2 veins!! She had no expertise in working with small veins!! I left without completing my bloodwork. Waste of time and pain!! Now I'm icing my arm!!

I checked in online and received a text message that my technician was ready to see me. When I got to the front desk I told the person behind the desk I had gotten the text and their response was "I don't think so." They said nothing else to me before calling out to someone else in the waiting room.
The waiting room itself felt dated, unkempt, and unclean. There were not enough parking spots. I would not recommend this location.

Arrived at the facility at exactly 11 am not realizing they close then. The man walking in-front of me was let in and then through the glass the receptionist screamed out and told me they’re closed and locked the door infront of me.Very unprofessional and rude

Visited this health facility for the first time and was shocked at how efficient the staff was. The check in was fast and smooth, front desk staff super friendly at 7 am. The lab techs were calling clients in for service like clockwork, with no waste of time.No, I was not paid to pen this review.This labcorp facility provided an amazing start to my day and I felt compelled to acknowledge and commend their exceptional professionalism and efficiency.Whoever is in charge of this facility should be really proud and should celebrate these workers for what they do and for according so much respect to the people who visit the place.I recommend this lab as an example for all those looking for what exceptional customer service should look like.Amazing, shocking, great first experience!I do not know any of the staff and have never seen any of them but thank them for respecting me, my time, and for providing me with an efficient, unforgettable experience.

Customer service never returned my calls. Left three messages. Once in their office, the entry door squeaked horribly. Imagine how they disregard equipment maintenance inside. And when I politely mentioned it to an employee, they said if they told management they'd "be gone" next day.

The front desk staff needs some serious training. There were 2 women there who were both very rude to me and the patient ahead of me. They gave me 2 separate cost estimates for my lab work and made me sign an acknowledgment. When i asked why 2 separate bills, the receptionist barked at me “it’s how the doctor ordered it!” I of course understand, but I didn’t understand why they didn’t add the 2 costs together and have me sign one acknowledgment. They also make you provide a credit card up front to keep on file. I just hope I’ll get a notification before being charged. 2 stars because the facility looked clean and my phlebotomist (Marie) was nice.

I had the best experience with the front desk individuals and the phlebotomist Sabrina truly made what was a challenging experience for me into a really good start to my day. Highly recommend her for her professionalism and extreme kindness!

Front desk was nice and professional then came the phlebotomist… I feel like she didn’t know what she was doing. I went in for one test that required one vial/tube and I ended up getting a bruise. Something I never get when I get blood draws. She used a straight stick vs a butterfly which is fine but if you don’t know how to hold/change vials I don’t recommend straight sticks. Yes I’m a CMA myself and I draw blood on patients but never leave bruises.

100% satisfied all around the board.Clean, friendly, and efficient.Thought we had an appointment but we didn’t. Was able to walk in and be seen almost immediately. Hiba, our phlebotomist was kind and patient with my adult daughter with intellectual disabilities.EVERYONE was cheerful and pleasant. Will def make this our go to.Never ever ever go to west Diamond. Polar opposite.

I went twice for 9 o’clock appointment registered in my car was told that a position technician was ready to see me and to report to the lobby
Wasn’t until 948 that I decided to leave I still hadn’t had my name call
I couldn’t get to the window because they kept taking a new clients
Doesn’t do much benefit to pre-register your appointment or check in because you’re still going to be stuck with an extensive waiting time
