Sales people at the store were quick to help me and get accommodating to my needs. I was purchasing a chair for my mother who has chronic back pain. They were able to help me get a floor model to help her right away! Much appreciated by our family!

Staff was nice and helpful, but fabric selection was very dull. I wanted vivid, saturated colors instead of neutrals, in soft fabric. There wasn't much to choose from. Not even one true red option! Recliners that were the most attractive styles didn't have glider base options, which also bummed me out.

What happened to La-Z-Boy?? It’s sad to see a company that’s been around for many, many years take such a turn for the worse and now I know why there are so few people shopping at La-Z-Boy and exploring alternatives. I had a sales associate “help” me when I wanted to find a reclining loveseat. She never smiled, did not introduce herself, was steering me away from the pieces I was interested in and couldn’t answer questions. I purchased the loveseat I wanted, though. 2 weeks later I brought a neighbor in who was also looking for a loveseat. My sales person was off on Thursdays, so my friend and I went on Thursday, hoping to avoid her. But THIS Thursday she was there and walked over to us. Ok. The power loveseat we were interested in wasn’t working and all she said to us was, “Well, you get what you pay for.” SAY WHAT? We left, went to another furniture store close by and had a great experience with the sales associates. She bought a power, reclining loveseat and loves it!! What a difference in our experiences.
