I came from LA and ordered a bouquet of flowers for a funeral on Saturday afternoon for a Sunday morning delivery. The flower arrangement was lovely and was delivered 1/2 hour ahead of schedule. Definitely worth the price for a last minute order and delivery. Very happy with the overall experience.

This is hands down the BEST florist in the Rockville area. Koko is phenomenal. This is my third time ordering and the arrangements are stunning and beautiful. They follow instructions every time and over deliver on quality and size. I love them!!!

Incredible and creative!
The florist did a fantastic job and fully exceeded my expectations. I asked for a moss based bouquet with no flowers. I was really impressed and she was exceptional to work with.

I I recently purchased flowers from Koko Flowers for funeral services on very short notice, placing 13 large orders within just 2 and a half days. Ella, the florist, did an exceptional job by attentively listening to my requirements. She meticulously searched for flower patterns and beautifully crafted personalized messages on the ribbons, even adding Chinese characters as requested. The quality of the flowers was absolutely phenomenal—fresh and exactly matched the online designs I found through a quick Google search. Moreover, everything was delivered on schedule, which alleviated a lot of stress during such a challenging time. I highly recommend Koko Flowers for their outstanding service, attention to detail, and stunning floral arrangements. They truly exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Five stars all the way!

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Even better in person than in the photos. Better selection, designs and prices than I found at other places locally. The ease of ordering online was also greater than some other popular florists (and doing this from out of state/ across the country for a funeral, this was very important to me). They delivered on time despite inclement weather, and they did not add to all the hassles I faced of organizing a parent’s funeral. They made this part so easy, and it was exactly what my parents would have loved. My order included a casket spray, standing wreath and large vase display. I cannot thank them enough, truly.

I placed an order over the phone to be delivered in 2 days and it never was sent. I called and they apologized saying they would send them the next day ( it wasn’t needed for a specific day so I was not fussed. ) when my credit card statement arrived it had my charge of $65 ( the agreed amount ) but then the next day they charged me $100. I tried to reconcile with the shop 2 different times, and both times they denied the charge. I texted them a a photo of my statement and nothing was ever done. I finally called my credit card company and stopped payment.

Amazing. You can trust them. The price to quality ratio was easily the best I could find from across the country (I had to plan a funeral for a parent from out of state). And all the flower arrangements were spectacular in person, which was exactly what my parents would have loved. I am so grateful, and a very satisfied customer. I purchased a casket spray, large vase arrangement and a standing wreath. They also delivered on time in the morning despite a snow storm the day before. They are personable and professional by phone as well and it is very easy to order online.
