Update:I received a termination message IMMEDIATELY after posting my review. Which I was perfectly fine with because there was no way my daughter would ever be under their care again. The most baffling part of this update is when I called the number above to express my concerns, a woman named Angela was rude and dismissive to me. I called in very politely and informed her that I was asked to call to speak of my experience at kidstop Angela asked for the account info and I gave her everything she asked for. She informed me since my boyfriend was the account holder that she could not talk to me about my daughters account but let me know that she could take my complaint. I asked was it okay if I logged into the kinder care portal to make myself the account holder (I am the one that makes the payments and had the child care scholarships under my name.) Angela told me that was not possible, after we hung up I made myself the account holder and called back and spoke with Angela she told me that she still couldn't talk about my account. I asked if we aren't able to change the account holder then why does the system allow us to? She stated just in case I got married I could change my last name. Sounded like complete bologna! I would highly NOT recommend dealing with any kindercare locations. From my experiences (not only with my daughter, but with my 8 year old as well) they are corporate owned and they do not care about the well being of the kids or the parents that make their paychecks! They only care about keeping classes full!

Our daughter started coming here in November 2022. We were in a bit of a pinch because she was at a home daycare that abruptly closed. We loved the home daycare. It had 6-8 kids daily and the care was so personalized. We were so afraid of losing that for her at a big center, but so far, everything has been wonderful! She was a bit shy at first, but her development has grown exponentially. She talks so much and knows how to communicate so many things! Her eating has also improved since coming here. They've introduced her to foods that we had trouble introducing her to and she's also started using the potty on her own.We get daily updates with pictures, videos, etc. through their app. Whenever we pick her up, she almost never wants to go home. All the staff know her name and she's comfortable with everyone. It's amazing to see!

Update - My son AJ that was turned away from this daycare because they did not have the capacity for my black son to thrive is doing amazing. He is a misunderstood genius who gets straight A's and is invited to attend magnet schools in 4th grade next year. He just needs a consistency and patience this institution could not handle. After being turned away we found the Lourie Center which allowed my son to learn process his feelings and develop coping skills. More places should incorporate these trainings because these kids are learning to pilot their lives and feelings. They should not be turned away because you just want to babysit rather than what you are accredited for.

First time parents over here and after having a bad experience at another daycare that ended up rushing our 12 month old to the hospital we were hesitant to send him to another daycare. Stephanie reassured us that everything would be okay and it has and more. All the staff knows all the kids by name and where they belong. The app is amazing and we love getting the updates and pictures all day long. Very clean and they are good with communication. If your child has allergies, I highly recommend this place, they have been the best!

We enrolled our 4 month old daughter in September and we love the center!! At first, we were really afraid for several reasons. First, we are in the middle of a pandemic and we wanted to keep our daughter as safe as possible. Second my daughter was not used to bottles at all. She refused to take them at home. Since the beginning Ms. Stephanie (center director) and Ms. Cassie (Assistant center director) addressed my concerns regarding safety and the bottle training. They worked together with me to make sure that my daughter was eating properly. The center is kept clean and they were very flexible in trying different bottles until she got used too. Another plus of the center are the teachers, for sure! They are very loving and caring toward the infants. In the end of my daughter's first week she was already taking all her bottles!! One big advantage is the app where they post in real time activities, notes, pictures and videos. It is very reassuring to know that your kid is learning, enjoying daycare and being well treated. Also communication with both teachers and directors is great and they are always helpful and responsive. Ms. Nilda, Ms. Kanthi and Ms. Mina and all the other caretakers are great and kind toward the children.I could not recommend this center enough!!!!

Toured this facility as an option for daycare. Very clean facility! Stephanie was also awesome. Definitely recommend this facility based on the tour and what they have to offer.

The teachers and staff here are awesome! They have so many activities planned for the kids throughout the day. Our kid loves it there. The whole family enjoys all the pictures and videos the teachers post through their app.

My family and I really like this place. All staff are very welcome, very attentive with our daughter. They are pretty good at communicating back, so we feel secure to go to work while our little one stays. I highly recommend.

We are very happy to call this childcare center our home for over 4 years now, but I wanted to share specifics in light of what the center has done to help families adjust in the era of Covid-19. In no particular order, I recommend this institution for:1) The staff & teachers. At the end of the day, every teacher we've come to know would put their lives on the line for our children. This is especially true with the school's reopening during the Covid-19 public health epidemic (PHE). The teachers are faced with the challenges of teaching while wearing face masks and implementing the highest health and safety protocols. Yet, our children return home at the end of the day singing upbeat songs about washing their hands and talking affectionately about their care givers who strive to make their lives feel as normal as possible.2) The health and safety protocols in place. This is especially important during the Covid-19 PHE. Last summer, new center management focused on giving the center a "face lift," and they did a terrific job (more space for children to play in newly opened classrooms, for example). They stepped it up when the school reopened during the Covid-19 PHE, by implementing "pods" in the school to keep children and teachers as safe as possible (limiting the number of persons that enter a classroom, for example). Their protocols have made the school feel like the safest and healthiest option for our children (both physically and mentally) during these unprecedented times, and I actually hope their practices will remain in place long after the PHE, because pick up and drop off is much easier when parents don't need to enter the classrooms.3) An assortment of other things that don't need further description: a dynamic menu that encourages children to try different foods on a daily basis; a safe and adequate outdoor space for children to play outside; an easy to use app that allows us to see pictures and videos throughout the day; and, a modern curriculum that focuses on learning through play (my favorite is "home living," where an area in the classroom is fashioned into an everyday place, like a fitness center or grocery store, that the children can operate and manage on their own).

Since coming under new leadership about a year ago, the care and education at KidStop has been increasingly fantastic. Highlighted by the challenges brought on by COVID-19, I'm so impressed at the procedures and policies enacted by the center. It was a hard decision to return our kids to daycare, but having a place we can truly trust has been a lifesaver in these tough times. Our kids have thrived at KidStop, and while it is not an easy decision to return to in-person daycare, the staff and teachers at KidStop have provided the support we need during this difficult time.

My second review 2020: Each year, my love and enthusiasm for Kidstop continues to grow. Each teacher, each staff member, each family we've come into contact with has truly become our village. As transplants, we feel Kidstop has provided us with resources to help us feel a sense of community with our two children enrolled. Our two year old is thriving with the curriculum and the friendships made with both the staff and kids. There is nothing like picking up your child and the first thing they say is "Fun at school". Our 4 month old daughter is being exposed to so many different experiences that we know could only be provided by Kidstop. My first review from 2019: As a first time mom, I couldn't be happier with Kidstop. My son started at 4 months and we honestly haven't looked back. I was scared to death and sobbing leading up to that day, but the Infant teachers and Directors helped me transition into that much anticipated day. Now approaching our son's first birthday, we are still happy with Kidstop. Our son loves seeing his teacher when we drop him off and he is so happy when we pick him up. We've found a community of supportive teachers, staff, and parents. At each new milestone they've helped us transition with tons of support. I feel so fortunate to have my son at this daycare. He is looked after with such care and love...truly.

Both of my sons has been attending this place since infancy and I have to say- I can go to work comfortably knowing that they will be treated with great care. For me, safety, cleanliness, and trust are my three "must haves" for a childcare. Any issues or problems that may come up, the staff will address it right away. Any concerns that you may have- they will also look into it immediately. We've been blessed through many years from this childcare.

Our son has been at KidStop since he was 4 months old and the teachers have all been fabulous. While everyone is caring, energetic, and professional, I'd particularly like to recognize Ms. Nilda, Ms. Kanthi, Ms. India, Ms. Sean, and Ms. Julie, with whom we have interacted most frequently. Thank you so much for taking such amazing care of our child while we are at work.

I can't say how much this center has helped me and my family, even during these trying times. My daughter started at KidStop when she was 3 months old. As a first time mom and single parent my anxiety level was high. The thought of leaving her and going back to work was terrifying, but the teachers and staff helped me through it, making the transition very easy. Since then, each stage my daughter has gone through they were there guiding us, even sharing tips that worked for their kids at that stage. That partnership between director, teacher and parent helped during quarantine and the transition back. We got updates from the director on where they were in the reopening stage and the steps being taken by the center to ensure the kids returning where in a safe space/pod. My daughter was happy to be back at "school" it helped ease the anxiety she had being at home. The teachers and staff at KidStop are very knowledgeable and helpful, especially now with everyone slowly transitioning back to work. You can see it in the smiling faces of the kids who have returned. The app is a great tool for parents and helps with fostering the partnership between parents, teachers and staff members. This center has truly been bright spot for us.

As a first time momma, I couldn't be happier with Kidstop. My daughter started at 3 months and has been going for almost 2 months now. I was so nervous to put my child in a daycare center and immediately thought “they aren’t gonna care about her like I do” but the teachers and Directors (Steph and Cassie) have shown me that’s not the case. Everyone was so excited to welcome my daughter and everyday they welcome us by name. Every staff member I’ve met so far are always upbeat and look happy to be there. I absolutely love the app they use. It tells you feedings, diaper changes, naps, and multiple pictures everyday along with an explanation of what they are learning that day! The app also allows you to message teachers/directors which they are on top of responding back quickly! I am so thankful to have found this amazing daycare!
